Airport parking spaces limited Reviews 

Booked this service so I can leave my car and drive back home upon return with the mrs and kids.

Came in and saw around 20 people waiting for a shuttle/van to take them to to the airport.

Waited 40 mins to get taken to the airport.

I thought ah that’s okay as it’s a busy time of year and many families going on holiday Il get over that.

I returned a week later at 2am already tired and other families too.
I called the number provided upon collecting my baggage, no one answered even after around 20 calls later-so I called them via wats app and got an answer I asked the lad on the phone why you are you not answering he said he was talking to other clients,I said okay you should really have a process for that anyway let that go.

He told me wait 30 mins and the bus will be with you - I replied mate I am not waiting 30 mins to get picked I need to get picked up now

Went to the bust stop 6 to get picked up by a people carrier as advised,the drivers are like careless bots with zero people skills.

Arrived at the car park, my car was not ready and was parked in some muddy back area like a scrapyard amongst other cars and nicer cars,( I don’t think customers know this) my car looked filthy and was blocked in by another car.
I asked the 2 guys sitting in the office on the phone like they are running a takeaway - why my car was not ready as I had my wife and kids waiting also but now it was 3:30am.

Finally managed to get one of them to move the other car and I drove my car out the muddy lane and get out of that place

They are running a good business with huge potential but they have zero urgency for customers, zero customer service skills.

Won’t use this place again but I appreciate the service provided.

Just needs to be better- way better

Absolute shambles. Arrived at 4am to a massive queue for a tiny minibus so ended up having to get an Uber to the terminal for £26 or we would have been late for our flight. On the way home we had to wait 45mins to be picked up at 3.30am. Picked the car up and was blocked in for 45 mins. Total joke of a place. Do not use.

I felt uneasy once I saw the set up and the dustbowl my car was taken away to be parked in. I asked for a VAT receipt, I never received it. Long wait at airport for shuttle bus. I did not like how quickly my car was driven away to be parked, it was on site, but far from reception. It is a shame, it could be a great business, if they understood customer service.

This is the worse service ever.

Arrived on time , called over 30 x and only got someone answered once. Rude customer service and not worth the stress.

Do not patronise these lot for free not worth it .

Car is parked in a dusty lot. Extremely disorganised. After a long trip back, we landed at 2am. Nobody there to collect us. Nobody answering the phone. After a while, someone eventually answers, sounding very irritated that we (I guess) woke him up. He assures us someone will be there “soon”. Nobody turns up. Several calls later (with operator increasingly frustrated but not providing any answers), we realise his driver is at the wrong terminal. 10 minutes later, my family and another family (who had exactly the same experience) are collected. It’s interesting that on our way out, we crossed paths with another family who were on there way home and irate at the time being taken to be picked up. Our driver was the 3’rd dropping people off but couldn’t take this family back to their car. Don’t believe the aggregated rating. I suspect it’s been farmed.

Booked then saw reviews. I’d paid the extra £2.50 protection fee to waive amendments or cancellation.
Cancelled booking bug still had to pay £20 cancellation fee.

Booked this before reading the reviews and started to panic. But we had absolutely no issues, we arrived early but this wasn’t an issue. Waited around 10/15 minutes for a transfer which was fine. When returning back we called them when we got our bags and they said they’d be half an hour, by the time we got to the meeting spot we waited maybe 15 minutes before they arrived. Smooth transfers , gave us our keys straight away and we set off. Cannot fault them at all.

Not worth the cheap price. They park the car off site under trees so my brand new car got paint damage after being caked in bird poo for a week. Also the shuttles buses are very infrequent all the other companies sent busses 2 or 3 times while we waited to be picked up

Absolutely disgraceful experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look very carefully at the negative reviews before booking.

When we returned from our holiday, it was immediately obvious that someone had been inside our car. All of the seats had been folded down, the storage compartments and cubby holes had been opened, and the boot door had been returned with damage and fresh marks that were not there when we left the vehicle.

When we raised these concerns with the staff, nobody accepted any responsibility. Instead of taking our complaint seriously or attempting to investigate what had happened, we were simply told to “prove it.” The staff member then drove away at what appeared to be an excessive speed, which only reinforced how unprofessional the whole experience was.

Since this happened, I have taken the time to read other customer reviews and was shocked to see that similar complaints have been made by others. Based on our experience, this does not appear to be an isolated incident.

This company should not be featured on comparison websites or be marketed in a way that suggests any association with Gatwick Airport that would give customers confidence. People leave their vehicles expecting them to be treated with care while they are away. That certainly was not our experience.

We trusted this company with our vehicle while we were on holiday and returned to damage, no accountability, and appalling customer service. I would never use them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Absolute Cowboys. Avoid at all costs. As others have written, they leave you waiting for a drop off at the airport or a pickup on return. We waited an hour on each end! On our return, I called 4 times and left a text as well. They didn't answer the first 2 calls for their 'on demand' pick up. The vehicle we finally got in would NOT pass and MOT test. The shock absorbers were non-existent. The passenger door had its door handle ripped off. We booked through Compare Parking Prices website, who seem happy to promote these scoundrels.

Left us waiting at the Airport for 2 hours, called them numerous of times while waiting and being told 5 minutes.
We arrived back to the parking lot, the car was not there for collection! Having to wait a rather long time again they speedily drove in numerous (Large) pot holes (in their car park) careless, and damaging my car.
We went to complain and they dismissed us and drove off in the minibus. Shambles!! Please do not use if you want your car back undamaged, spend the extra couple of quid and get something better.

About cost for extra time and if I could extend online, the guy was ride and then hung up on me. I sent a text to say how professional, to hang up on your customers and he never called me back. The usual suspects yet again

Based on the condition of the vehicle and the hygiene standards, I’m not fully convinced MOTs, water, and shower gel are priorities here. Long wait in cold weather with a child, poor organisation, and very unprofessional service overall.

Absolute shocking service. We landed at 0100 and as per our booking asked for a 0130 collection. As per their instructions we called stating we had our luggage at 0132 only to be told there would be half an hour wait. After half an hour with no pick up still I called back and they said the driver was in his way and they would let me know when he was 3 minutes away. A further 15minutes later I received a call to be told her would be there in 10 minutes. Please note the compound is 10 minutes away from the terminal. Eventually we were collected over 1 hour after requesting pickup which at that time of the morning after a ling flight is the last thing you want. Furthermore when we got on the minibus it was in an awful condition, cable toes on the drivers seat belt bracket, difficulty opening the passenger side door, I doubt (but cannot confirm) it would pass its MoT. Overall a very poor experience, I will not be using again and recommend others don't too

Absolutely shocking experience with airport parking at Gatwick. I’m genuinely surprised the minibuses even passed an MOT—they felt unsafe from the moment we got in.

The staff were rude and unhelpful & unhygienic, which just made everything worse.

What’s even more concerning is how careless they are with customers’ vehicles. Car keys are left in a place that is easily accessible, which is completely unacceptable and a huge security risk. There were times where no staff were in sight at all, yet vehicles and keys were just left unattended. I have video evidence of this, which makes it even more worrying.

To make matters worse, my car was damaged while in their care. The way this was handled afterwards was completely negligent—no accountability, no proper communication, and no effort to resolve the issue.

For a company that claims to be “trusted,” this is far from it. I would not recommend this service to anyone—avoid at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
You have to call 30 minutes before your arrival, why? Not a clue! You would think it is so they can prep the transport to the airport but you park up to be told to wait 30 minutes for the van to come. What the point of that call is before hand is beyond me.

On your return, you have to call to let them know to collect you. Told to wait 30 minutes, unreasonable considering they are 10 minutes away. However this turned into over an hour which is complete joke and unacceptable.
Cherry on the cake was the car wasnt even ready for us to collect so had to wait at reception for even longer for them to find my car.
Not a single apology either.
It really is you get what you pay for and next time the extra £10 to go to litrately any other car park will be worth it.

AVOID at all costs, they kept me waiting 2 hours on my return flight, after constantly lying saying its 10 minutes away then hanging up on us. This was alongside 8 other people who could not all fit in the van and had to be left in the cold for further delays, not even one apology from the reception or driver, disgusting service.

DO NOT USE! If I could leave zero stars I would. From arrival this service felt dodgy and I was extremely nervous leaving my car in their back end car park where they work out the back of a car. The cars were parked nose to tail. The driver was using video to talk to his family while driving which made us feel very unsafe.
We paid £12 for the drop off fee even though there were other passengers in the car so they are making a profit on that.
We were instructed to call when we collected our baggage, which we did, to be told by the man who answered the phone he had no idea when we would be collected as he had never driven to Heathrow before! We did not know where to stand or wait or if we had time to go and get a coffee.
When the driver arrived about 20 minutes later, he called and said he was here. When I asked where he gave the wrong number plate but having scanned the multiple rows of bustling people and cars eventually found him. The drive back was rushed and he drove uncomfortably fast especially around corners. The suitcases were rolling around in the boot, as were we! The music was uncomfortably loud. We arrived into a different location than where we had dropped the car off, and by the time we arrived it was dark. The driver pointed into a dark back end gravel area and we just had to go, with no lighting, to collect our keys from someone’s boot of their car. As 2 women I’ve never felt so unsafe! The man pointed into the darkness and said your car is up there. We had to use our phone torches to find the car amongst the many that were there. The car appeared to be undamaged from what we could see with our torches but it was so dirty! I had left it clean! The inside smelled strongly of aftershave which is still lingering now a few days later. The mileage had increased by 20 miles which I hadn’t factored into the charging allowance for our trip home (EV) so I have no idea where it went during that time!as we left the ‘car park’ there were 4 policemen standing by the entrance by the car we had collected our keys from and the man was nowhere to be seen! All felt very dodgy and unsafe. Would never use again!

Do not use. It is very hard to find and they’re so rude to you. I was unable to find the place as the postcode takes you no where near then they rang me asking how long I’d be. When I asked for more details they just got arsey and didn’t want to help. When I finally found it and left my car with them, when I returned my car was VERY dirty and I dropped it off clean. They did offer to go and clean it (which they did) however I had left 3 packs of fags in the car and after leaving had realised they had been taken but I didn’t go back and question this as it’s a very dodgy place and I felt very vulnerable. To add to this, they told me to ring when at baggage claim. I rang 3 times and got no answer so went to get a coffee while waiting for my drink they rang back and said they’re here. I got my coffee and went to where they told me to go, did get a bit lost as never been to Gatwick before and when I wasn’t with them straight away they rang to ask how long I’d be but I couldn’t have rang them to ask where they were as they were using no caller ID. DO NOT USE!

Unfortunately I can't leave a no star rating.

We were told when we had our bags on arrival, to ring them, which I did, only to be told it would be a 45 minute wait for the next available minibus to where my car was parked, this is totally unacceptable especially with a 4 hour drive north ahead, so told the guy on the phone, to pick us up now or I will have to get a taxi there and I will forward the cost to you.
We did get a taxi at £25, when we got there had to wait 10 minutes for him to turn up, then said I'd email them the taxi receipt for reimbursement, never even had the courtesy to reply to my email, then no reply to a follow-up email a week later.
Total garbage "service"
