Customer service is really what has me coming back, providing timely, attentive and so friendly. Also, I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent service you provided, just as important to me was the fact that someone had gone to great lengths to package the parcel in a bullet proof wrapping to ensure safe delivery.
All in all 10/10 for communication, price, packaging and delivery.

Great experience with Airselli company, excellent communication and support, they weigh every parcel in front of you, they are fast in collecting and shipping, everything was good, my parcel was late due to a customs problem and nothing to do with the company, only what I hope they improve is their website (dashbord), I hope that shipments will be recorded, collected and shipped through it, not that I have to ask about the shipment every time (although they respond quickly and excellently and I did not find any problem with them), I will definitely deal with them again, and I recommend them

I had business with them about two weeks ago. Excellent customer service and support. Along with the communication availability. I shipped two laptops with more than 2600€ along with their accessories using their service from France to Hungary. As soon as they received them, they took pictures of them so that I would know in what state they got them and know if there's anything missing. After that, they sent me a picture of the weight of the whole package and told me the prices of sending them to me with each company available. I requested the package to be sent with registered mail and they sent it out the next morning. I received it 7 days later and noticed that they even add the "FRAGILE" sticker to the package. Everything was there and in perfect state. And even the price was very very very reasonable. I strongly recommend them.
