wo kann ich mich hinwenden bei dieser firma...die angegebene serviceemail ist scheinbar abgeschalten. geld ist vom konto abgebucht und mein status ist seit tagen unbezahlt....wie bekomme ich mein geld wieder ;-(

I orderd a one underarmouer jacket, and I am waiting for that since 2 months and haven't got any reply from them. Even though, I email them hundered times but they didn't reply. So according to my opinion it is a money waste and time waste app. This was really awful and shameful

I have an awful experience purchasing from these people. I agree that they could be some scam going on here. My goods never arrived after more than 2months and when I want refund I wasn't given the full amount and as it stands I don't even if the refund will be paid back. Never buy from them, they are indeed scammers, sooner they will fold after they've scammed people and made good monies for themselves. Idris A.

avoid.. they are scammers… i made an order and it was never delivered.. the tracking website says it delivered at 4am/5am in the morning… we all no in united kingdom no parcel get delivered at that time of the money… call the number on their page it was not going and they have refused to refund my £50 i spent on goods

Non capisco come mai le 3 spedizioni che mi sono arrivate a luglio 2021, per poterle ritirare, ho dovuto pagare circa €. 2 quando, al momento dell'acquisto sull'app, ho selezionato la consegna std senza extra costi. È capitato anche ad altri?

Tre prodotti pagati per un valore di 42 euro mai consegnati, mai più acquisterò da voi.

Lots of negative reviews here, however my experience was very good (maybe I was lucky).

I ordered a number of items (first order), which arrived a lot quicker than advertised.

Two items were too small. Within a day of me notifying Airyclub they issued a refund for those two items, can't really ask for more than that.

Trainers ordered and arrived in good time (but complete and utter rubbish quality)...but they were sized incorrectly anyway. Received size 7.5 but ordered size 11 so there was no way they would fit! Requested a refund and told I was not eligible. So fast forward 4 weeks then I put a claim in for a refund through PayPal and hey presto full refund received. Airyclub.com failed to respond to my complaint through PayPal so it automatically made me eligible for a refund. They need to be closed down!!

Premetto che mi sono sempre trovata bene, ma questa volta risulta pacco consegnato, ma non è mai arrivato.....o consegnato ad altri per loro non ho diritto al rimborso. Male molto male

Ordinato una felpa,mai arrivata,ora ho chiesto il rimborso, chissà...sul sito ti fanno vedere che è stato spedito e poi non si sa più nulla.

BISOGNA DENUNCIARLI E GIURO CHE LO FACCIO.
Il primo ordine (2 t shirt) arrivate in 20 giorni, qualità scadente.
Mi sono fidata e ho ordinato un paio di scarpe un top e un cappellino...
Il track fa vedere che sono stati spediti e poi rimangono in transito dopo 10 giorni dalla partenza e non fanno più sapere nulla... e già passato un mese. Spero che mi facciano il rimborso altrimenti non la passano bene. Inoltre non rispondono all'email. NON VI FIDATE

I order from this website but I’m not really comfortable taking photo of front of my card that I used here cuz before process ur order need card photo it’s not right for me. Cuz lots of scam on line using ur card details

Im not even sure what this website is for however they are involved with a card scam im currently working with my bank to solve... I had a transaction of £500 taken from this company having never even heard of them before so there are anything but a trustworthy company... please do no give these people your card details
