Albion Windows were superb from concept to measuring and then to the start and finish of the fitting job was to a high calibre - very satisfying and not too pricey for nine double glazed windows.

From my first enquiry with this company to the final fitting they have been brilliant. The initial home visit to get a quote was conducted in friendly informative way with no "hard sell" which I hate. The quote when compared like for like was by far the most competitive by a long way. I followed this up with a visit to the show room in Hayes where I saw the windows and was very impressed with their security features. In my opinion as a retired Police Officer they were better than any others I had see. The fitting was carried out in a very professional and tidy way. I am very pleased with them, the difference in sound reduction is remarkable. The windows look very good and have a good solid feel to them. I like to use local companies and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Two guys worked solidly from 8.30 until 3.15. They didn't even want a cup of tea! They covered items to keep the room clean and tidied up afterwards. They were polite and efficient.

They asked if Dan and he’s colleague could come on a bank holiday Monday, which worked out perfectly for us. Quick and efficient installation of 4 windows, they were done by 11am.

Responsive and efficient

Used Albion for all our windows since moved to Croydon about 35 years ago. Latest product and installation up to usual standard, although only two windows, but in particular this time, tied in with our other work and accelerated the normal timetable.
