I ordered bride insoles for my daughter on 07/05/2026. Her wedding was 22/05/2026 so I considered this plenty of time. The insoles were sold to me with a sixpence. I chased my order on 18/05/2026 and was assured that they had been despatched on 24 hour Royal Mail so would receive 19/05/2026. They actually arrived on 21/05/2026 but missing the sixpence. I have emailed numerous times over the last week and have been ignored. I will never order from this company again. They apparently supply Princess Katherine with insoles. I doubt they mess up like this over her orders. Disgusting service.

Do not order from this company. They dont respond to emails about orders that have been outstanding. I needed these insoles & have been let down. There is no other way of contacting them & my order was never despatched, no tracking, no notification. Absolutely disgraceful
Bride Insoles
I ordered 3 pairs of insoles on 1 March 2026 for my daughter's wedding and hen party (one Bride, one Bride to be and one Mother of the Bride) and they were delivered today 7 March 2026!
My daughter loves them and now has her 'something blue' and something old, as the Bride insoles come with a sixpence 👏

SCAM, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I made a purchase online 2 months ago. After a few weeks went by and I had not received a shipping confirmation e-mail I reached out to them via e-mail. You cannot call them because they do not have a phone number. After several weeks of e-mailing and asking for an update I threatened to call the authorities, file a fraud claim with my bank, and leave a nasty review. The owner e-mailed me back within 10 minutes claiming she processed a refund and would be shipping out my order that afternoon and I could expect to receive shipping details shortly. 24 hours later and I still didn't have a refund or shipping details. I have filed a fraud claim with my bank to get my money back and I have reported the website to ScamAdviser.com and I am in the process of filing a report with the police in London. After reading all these reviews and comments on instagram of other people experiencing the same thing for years it is time someone try to stop them from being able to do this to other people.

I have sent 2 emails and an instagram DM enquiring on my lost order, absolutely nothing back! They have taken payment but no delivery!
Awful product and awful customer…
Awful product and awful customer service. The dark dye from the insole stained three pairs of my socks. Rachel in customer service told me it was a dye that hadn’t used before and offered to send me a new pair of insoles with a different dye but I received nothing and they haven’t bothered to reply to my emails. What a waste of money and time.
Appalling customer service
I had ordered a pair of insoles and I received a notification that it had been shipped on the 6th of August. A week went past and I received nothing. I wrote to them and after a couple days they replied that it had been delivered, attaching a picture of a door that's clearly not mine or my building. after few emails I suggested they re-send to a pick up point. To which they said yes. 10 days later (an a month from original order), still no news. Another 2 weeks after they get back to me apologizing and telling me they were refunding me and sending 2 pairs as a token of good gesture. They give me the link to track. I receive a notification that it had been delivered but when i went to the pick up point there was no trace of it. a week after i receive another notification that it had been delivered. Again, no trace of it at the pick up point and no way to get proof of delivery with the link Alice Bow sent. I sent two more emails and still no reply. They seem to have time to post stuff on IG but not to reply to customers.

I ordered these for my daughter's new mother in law, as a gift for the wedding and they showed up used and smelling like feet... the back is dirty and clearly can see where it was pulled by the wear. I don't know what to do now the wedding is in less than two weeks. I had such high hopes! Terrible that nobody did a quality check on these to make sure they were new.. how awful smelly feet crossed the ocean and still stink... shame on the person that wore them!
Amazing insoles, WORST customer service
These are amazing insoles, but I've had terrible experiences with their customer service. I had one order the was on back order and was never sent out and never refunded after I sent several emails. One order was never sent out and it took 4 months to finally get a response from someone and to issue a refund. I'd really like more of these products but I'm afraid it will be just a waste of money and I'll never receive the product.
What’s happened to Alice Bow?
Two years ago, I placed several orders for insoles and experienced prompt, efficient service. At the beginning of August 2025 I placed an order for my daughter’s ’something blue’ personalised insoles. I’m still waiting to receive them and the wedding is in a couple of weeks! I’ve emailed repeatedly and messaged on Instagram but have had no response at all. I’m so disappointed and will definitely not use this company again.

Today, at last, my ‘something blue’ order arrived so I’m grateful for that. I think that if the Alice Bow customer service communication was better it would avoid some of the negative reviews. Over 5 weeks is a long time to wait but the occasional update would be appreciated and smooth things over somewhat!
Rubbish experience!
Such poor, bad, rubbish customer experience.
Ordered a pair of insoles. They were packed in a small box not sealed (no tape, nothing). Box arrived empty with an excuse note from USPS (basically they knew they had lost the product). Customer service offered to ship them back but NOTHING and since then, they are ignoring my emails. Here are my 32 USD flying away in the wind. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I was recommended to buy these. No email to say item had been dispatched. I have been emailing for over a week to find out where to return my insoles as they were not suitable for the shoes I had for my son’s wedding, No reply to any of them. The websites states you must email to arrange a return, not sure what else I can do. Disgusting business practice.

These are my all time FAVS!!! Of course they are incredible in heels which I hate wearing! They truly do make those torture devices “the high heel” tolerable for me. No joke! The true test was adding them to my Nikes for a 10 hr day at Disneyland! Half way thru the day when normally I’d be in agony ( in the same Nike’s) I noticed my feet and legs felt great! I stayed in perfect comfort the rest of the day and happily closed out the park w my littles! Run dont walk….run to their site! You wont be disappointed! Thx Alice Bow!
Impressive and outstanding customer service
I received my order of confirmation from Alice bow, after 5 days - there is no deliver notice. I contacted Alice bow via the email. Then an email informing me that their embossing machine has broken, so I have to wait. I wrote to Alice bow that I am an elderly with terminal cancer, I don't care about the emboss, just send me the insoles (my order), I will be very happy. Surprise! Alice bow sent me an extra 3 pairs of insoles (one of which are shearling!) with an handwritten note (apologised for the delay). This is unexpected and outstanding customer service! Jade and Rachael are extremely thoughtful, caring and responsible staff.

I placed an order 26th June needed for a wedding on 24th July. Payment was taken straight away however after many emails to them I have no reply and no insoles!

Fantastic products and great customer service.
I bought a pair of these and was so impressed that I ordered a further 3 pairs. There was a small problem with the 2nd order as 2 items were missing. The Customer Service team was as good as the products. Within 5 minutes I had a pleasant and professional response to my email. The following morning I received the missing items!
