An excellent service from Allcare Pharmacy from start to finish. A very quick and efficient receipt of my click and collect order. Orla at the Wilton Allcare Pharmacy in Cork was most helpful , going above and beyond to check that my online order had gone through. What an asset she is to All care.

Order not ready for collection
I placed a Click and Collect order. A couple of days later I received an email informing me that my order was ready for collection. The store was a bit of a drive from my house so I was disappointed and frustrated upon arrival to learn my order hadn't been delivered to the store.

Terrible Customer Service – Completely Ignored
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Allcare Pharmacy has been frustrating enough that I feel people should be warned. I had an issue with my order and tried to contact their customer service to initiate a return. I waited multiple business days just to get a response—if they bothered to reply at all.
When I finally reached someone, I was completely ignored when I asked to start the return process. No acknowledgment, no explanation, no next steps—just silence. It’s unacceptable for a company to treat paying customers like this.
If you’re considering using Allcare Pharmacy, be aware that if anything goes wrong, you’re basically on your own. I won’t be using them again, and I would strongly caution others to think twice.
