Allcott Associates Reviews

Really pleased with the service and communication from Allcott. We even got a small refund once the age of the property had been confirmed which was dealt with very swiftly and we’ve had an overall very efficient service all round. We would highly recommend this company for all your Survey requirements.

Professional, great customer service. Communication excellent.

The initial contact was very timely and helpful and the surveyor called ahead of his report with the main points.
The report was very detailed.
The only disappointment was the delay in being able to reschedule when the vendors had to cancel the first appointment.

The professionalism right from when I booked the survey to when the survey was carried out was first class.
The surveyors report was fantastic.
Everything inside and outside the property was documented in detail.
It is full of useful information and advice.
I was so glad I booked the survey.
I have no hesitation recommending this service.

Great report and easy to deal with highly recomend

Very thorough survey (level 3), and quick to respond to emails

Simple to book. Surveyor turned up on time, was very friendly and helpful.

They went above and beyond to fit me in and complete the survey in a very small timeframe.

The report was incredibly detailed and helpful.

All went to schedule as Alcott said very professional good service

Sorted out my Grade 3 survey very promptly and report came through in a week. Very thorough and thankfully saved me a lot of money !!

Fantastic survey and really helped us understand not just the issues at hand but also how to properly care for the house once purchased (it is a period property).

We’ve used all Allcott for surveys twice and they’ve been exceptional both times, would highly recommend.

Easy and quick to arrange

Had David round for a survey. Found him extremely helpful and professional.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

There's so many companies to choose from, I'm thankful I chose Allcott Associates. They're always ready to answer any questions and very friendly as they do it. You won't go wrong with them.

Very impressed by the service provided by Allcott Associates. Initial queries and booking the Level 3 survey were handled very efficiently by Judy. The surveyor who visited, Alex Lawson, was professional, polite and very thorough. He provided a very detailed report within the timescale given and was quick to answer our additional questions. Would highly recommend.

The full structural survey of my mother's house was carried out quickly and efficiently by Timothy Allcott, who provided a detailed and extremely practical survey at a reasonable price. His advice helped me to address some urgent needs at the property. I can highly recommend Allcott Associates.

Have used this company twice and had excellent service both times. Wouldn't hesitate using them again.

The survey and report were extremely thorough and we appreciated being able to ask for further explanation.
