Excellent Company and Customer Service
Very happy with my ring. It took a little while to get here but not an unexpected length of time and I was kept fully updated. The results are worth the small waiting time you may have, but this is made to order not mass produced and it is really lovely quality to at a reasonable price! I cannot wait to wear it when we get married next year!!

Lead times can vary due to the many manufacturing stages involved, from sourcing the diamonds to casting, polishing, and hallmarking, each of which has its own timeframe.

The Rose Gold Open Heart Diamond Bracelet is of Excellent quality and a well designed beautiful piece with lovely shinning Diamonds. I am very pleased to notice that it is adjustable too. Great quality presentation and secure packaging.
I would advise future Customers to contact All Diamonds before any purchase due to items not being marked as out of stock resulting in taking 3 - 5 weeks before delivery.
Fortunately I received delivery by 4 weeks just in time for when the Bracelet was needed.

Misleading, Unprofessional, and a Huge Disappointment
I ordered a diamond ring from All Diamond on 8th September 2025 specifically requesting expedited delivery for a special occasion. Despite my urgency, I was not contacted until 19th September—11 days later—only to be told the item was out of stock — something they failed to disclose at the time of purchase.
Instead of honouring the original order date, they tried to reset the clock and told me it would take another 3–5 weeks from when I “confirm” again. So effectively, they wanted me to wait up to 2 months for an item I paid for in good faith.
This is unacceptable, misleading, and unprofessional. Other retailers deliver similar rings next-day, yet All Diamond wasted my time, ignored my urgency, and only offered vague apologies without solutions.
Buying a ring for a special occasion is supposed to be exciting, but they turned it into a stressful, bitter experience. I will never buy from them again — and I would strongly warn others to avoid them if you value honesty, reliability, and timely service.

Engagement ring failed twice, no fair help offered, Evidence provided.
I bought a Wishbone Ring from All Diamond in July 2024. Sadly, what should have been a joyful purchase has turned into a very frustrating experience and caused genuine physical harm to my fiancée's hand.
Within six months, the band began to deform, despite my fiancée wearing it only on weekends and special occasions due to her profession.
Early 2025 – I reported the issue. All Diamond denied any fault but said they would rebuild the ring if I paid £170. I reluctantly agreed in good faith, hoping it would resolve the matter. We settled after extreme resistance from All Diomond, on a charge of £85.
Mid-2025 – The rebuilt ring was returned.
A matter of months later, the same problem happened again. The band began bending once more, under minimal use.
September 2025 – I raised the repeat fault. All Diamond again denied responsibility but admitted the band design was too thin to be durable. Their only “solution” was to remake it with a thicker band, but only if I paid another £250.
They admit the band is weak, "By design" however, they sold the item to me with no mention of such weakness for the benefit of its cosmetic design.
Despite their lifetime guarantee promising repair, replacement, or refund “at no cost,” they have only ever offered resolutions that meant me paying more.
My fiancée also owns three other rings, all worn regularly for over eight years, and none of them have ever had an issue. Highlighting how unacceptable this situation is...
They have been unwilling to compromise or provide genuine help. They have only been defensive the whole time and have been blaming me for everything.
I am now having to go through formal channels to try to reclaim my costs after being recommended to do so by Citizens Advice, which is extremely disappointing. My fiancée is upset and no longer feels confident wearing her engagement ring, which says everything about how badly this has been handled.
A once-recommended company to family and friends has turned into a steer clear at all costs. A true shame and loss of future custom for wedding rings from me alone.

After thorough inspection on both occasions, our jewellers found no manufacturing fault, but damage consistent with external factors. For this reason, we could not offer a free repair or refund under our guarantee. Even so, we arranged reduced-cost repairs in good faith.
Our suggestion of a thicker band was not an admission of fault, but an option to provide a more durable alternative. Our lifetime guarantee covers genuine manufacturing faults at no cost, but not damage from wear, which is why costs were involved.
We regret that our explanations and solutions have not met with your satisfaction, and we appreciate your feedback.
