Scammers they promise a certain delivery time and they don’t meet it! Such a waste of time so be aware

Ordering the boards was easy using the on-line form. I simply attached a zip file containing the Gerber files and associated information. Communication was excellent, I was informed about the progress of the order and shipping. The boards were shipped through DHL, and I was able to follow the package as it travelled across the globe. The boards arrived a day earlier than originally expected. They arrived in a small box containing the PCBs, which had been put inside a sealed bubblewrap bag containing a dessicant bag and a humidity indictor; very professional. The boards themselves looked perfect; beautiful in fact. Close examination of the boards showed that they were superb in constuction and finish. From me, ALLPCB are highly recommended!

ALLPCB has provided fast service with great workmanship in the PCBs. Their customer service people are wonderful. I have used them for several years and would recommend them to anyone looking for an inexpensive way to create professional PCBs.

I wanted to delete my account. There is no option to do so in the settings, so I went through customer service live chat, and it took an incredible amount of time saying "I would like to delete my account" and them responding, let me have you talk to my sales rep, before eventually saying "Confirmed, we will now proceed with the account deletion." Slow to respond, didn't answer to my immediate concern, and walked it around the bush several times.

Great experience with that company almost 10 years and 100's of pcb made with them. They always take care of our design, our request , customer service is really good . PCB assembly service is also good ,perfect communication.

We've been using Allpcb since 2018 for pcb sourcing, purchasing for about 30 000 USD yearly. The quality is great, better than other suppliers we've used. Service is very nice, I recommend Moby, hes very easy to work with.

Desde que subí mis archivos de diseño a la pagina para solicitar cotización, un asesor dió seguimiento a mis requerimientos primero vía correo electrónico y posteriormente vía WhatsApp para agilizar y facilitar la comunicación. Esto fue de gran ayuda debido a que se resolvieron dudas para la manufactura de manera mas rápida y con la certeza que las tarjetas quedarían tal y como esperaba.

Felicito a toda la gente que labora en ALLPCB por la calidad y rapidez en su trabajo y de esta manera hacer realidad el diseño electrónico de muchos ingenieros!!

We've been in business with AllPCB for about 3 years now. We order a lot of bare PCB's to make PCBA's for our customers, SMT and THT, and so far we have no complaints or whatsoever. The service is good. Price is good. And the communication is even better! Avarage lead/delivery time is somewhere around 1 to 4 weeks (it depends on the quantities that you order).

To sum it up, a very nice company to work with! :)

This PCB manufacturer is by far the best available.
Great prices, excellent professional service and really quick turn around time. I have had excellent service from my account manager Roy who solves any problem I have quickly and with great suggestions he is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. I will always use this company for my PCB needs and recommend that you use it too!

For my first order, i made some mistakes, but Roy Zhu fixed all the problems with a great professionalism.

The person in charge of the project is so professionals, so I convince her and her team so much. the price point is also fair.

Great customer service even though I got only a small number of boards made. Roy from allpcb took time to check my design. Boards turned out great.

I can't comment on 'everyday' PCBs, but I tried to get a 3.2mm PCB made and I was quoted a very reasonable price.
As soon as I placed the order and paid, I received an email telling me that being a special PCB they needed to revise the price. They came back the next day telling me that I needed to pay the same amount again to cover the total cost. I cancelled the order and after 2 days I got some of my money back. That's right - I lost almost $15 (in bank transactions, apparently) and 2 days into my project because of these incompetents.

Disturbingly, shortly after posting, I started to get hit with phishing attempts and a breach of my PayPal account.

The email targeted was my company’s address - one I rarely share, and only with suppliers or when absolutely necessary. In the six years prior to dealing with ALLPCB, I never experienced anything like this.

I can’t prove a direct link to ALLPCB, but the timing and nature of the attack raise serious concerns about how they handle customer information.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company.

A heigh quality pcb producer in the world , it gave me what I was looking for and the first order I received in jus 0 $ so ya best service , I give 5 star, thanks allpcb and to all its team

ot only did my PCBA take months but when i received them 80% of the VIAs where not correctly manufactured. Consequently the PCBs were not properly ground plated and therefor useless. Another PCB batch also had the same issues and we had to start again with another manufacturer. After initially being promised that they would satisfactorily sort out my problem, their senior service person then refused to reply to any of messages. Do yourself a favour and avoid ALLPCB.

Last month I ordered $300 worth of PCBs. I asked them to ship it via standard mail, but they shipped it via DHL instead. DHL tried to charge additional $300 to deliver the parcel, so I decided to let them return it to ALLPCB. After that, ALLPCB tried to charge $600 to have my parcel reshipped. That's a terrible way to do business. A reliable company would never ever risk their reputation doing that kind of thing. I don't even know if the PCB quality is good or bad. So, I strongly recommend against this company. Stay away.

AllPCB has been manufacturing and assembling all our PCB's for the last 18 months and the quality has always been excellent.
- Communication with them is easy as we always talk to the same person who interfaces with engineers and factory.
- All our designs are checked by their engineers and they come back to us with questions or suggestions.
- There has been some delays due to component sourcing so now we let them source all the "standard" components and we supply everything else (or get it drop shipped to their factory)

Tried to order two simple 2 layer boards (10x10cm, quantity 10 each) with several v-cuts. They wanted additional charge (new cost should be $65.18, that is several the previously calculated costs). So I emailed them to cancel my order since there was no "cancel order" button on the website some where. But instead I get replied "After we checked your order G131684, the order type should be Panel PCB as Design, not Single PCB. The panel ways should be 10x12 and 8x10, and need V-scoring, according to your gerber files. Because of those, the price has increased. However, our price is still very competitive. I'm wondering if you still want to cancel it."

But I din't asked for a better price I just wanted to cancel. Even after replying to cancel thet order, 5 days later I noticed that they still didn't returned my payment even tough the order is officially "cancelled" according to their website.

So my advice to veryone out there, don't use this PCB service.
