Very happy with Alltrue

Always respond quickly when I have had any issue. My granddaughter, whom I'm gifting with Alltrue, loves the items she receives in her boxes. Thank you so very much! 🩷

I made an order in early February

I made an order in early February. It has not been shipped. I called the first week in May to inquire about the order and they told me they had not secured the items from the company yet. They assured me it would be sent in 2 weeks. It is now three weeks later and it still has not been sent. I am used to them being a couple months behind on their shipping, but this is rediculous. Why partner with a company you can not secure the product from???

They were quick to respond

They were quick to respond, which I appreciate. They tried to replace my item, but were very clear that it may not be an option, which I understood. I have yet to use the credit, but I have hopes that it will go smoothly.

Alltrue is the only subscription box…

Alltrue is the only subscription box I’ve joined. I truly enjoyed receiving the box early on. I stuck with Alltrue through the restructuring. However it’s been mostly downhill for me since.
Items being sold out within hours of being able to customize, makes one wonder if the item was available to anyone? Mistakes in delivering wrong items, then not being able to obtain what I originally ordered.
Another time not being able to deliver earrings, I was very excited to receive. Instead a random item delivered, nothing I would ever select.
All of these things require time and effort to resolve. The resolution however is less than satisfactory. The last box I received I ordered a woven bag, valued at $120 … it is the cheapest quality, possibly valued at $18?
Clarity was lacking when the Bloom box was advertised. I thought it was a different subscription. When it kept appearing in my email I did a live chat to get clarity. Kat was very helpful in pointing out that it was indeed my Spring box. By that time items were sold out.
I will not be renewing my subscription, as the fun is missing from my experience.
However I wish your company much success going forward.

I really enjoy the Alltrue products

I really enjoy the Alltrue products, but it is so frustrating that I have to wait so long to get my items. specially from the market. I have enjoyed all of the products that I have ordered but seem lately to have to reach out to get them delivered.

I've been seeing alot of repeat items…

I've been seeing alot of repeat items from previous customizations and as soon as i go to customize my box my choices are already out of stock. It's so expensive to get stuff that looks just like what's in my fabfitfun box, only fabfitfun seems to have a more generous supply during customization. I just wish it was more like the Causebox I originally signed up for with more diverse products. I'm loyal, so I'm giving it one more cycle. Sad after so many years to see the diversity of products and availability of the more coveted ones be so limited, especially for a long-time subscriber.

Disappointed yearly subscriber

I have been a yearly subscription member for at least 5 years. Back when it was called Causebox. Then it went out of business andi was not refunded (prorated)what I paid for my yearly subscription (did not get all 4 boxes). But then they came back as Alltrue and decided to try again. However, the last few times for customization I have not received notification via email or text. Yes, alltrue is in my contact list. I just check the website every so often to see if customization is open. Sometimes I am on time and sometimes I am not. I have decided that if I do not get the email to customize my next box. I will cancel my yearly subscription and find another.

Notifications

I am not getting my notifications to choose my own items anymore - like I did when it was CauseBox. I feel that the product items and notification systems were better then. The items chosen for me automatically by Alltrue are often things I have already received in the past or cosmetic items that I will not use. I would like to be notified when I can select my own items.

I don’t like most of your products and…

I don’t like most of your products and the ones I wanted are usually sold out.
Also I want to only support companies that support Israel- the only place with free rights for women in the entire Middle East.
And one that is against the Regime in Iran forcing its women to wear Hijab under the threat of death.
Do better.

I first joined when it was Causebox and have received some very nice items over the years. Recently I stopped getting notification that it is time to make my selections and ended up getting things I have zero interest in. It was supposedly fixed, by also adding a text notification option. Still get none. It's frustrating. The selections are not as much to my taste, but have been in decluttering mode lately.
