I'm very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service provision two years ago. We offer clients a full guarantee, and even though there is two-year time lapse, I'd be delighted to fully quality check and enhance any work you feel was substandard. This will be no problem at all!
I have on my records your request for a second piece of work after we had completed and returned the first batch of work for you. Due to the very personal nature of the documentation, we were unable to carry out this additional work for you, and I apologise that we were not able to help.
We are also very sorry for politely requesting payment on several occasions. We did not receive a response from yourselves from multiple communication attempts so looked for alternative ways to get in touch in the instance that your personal email address was not working.
