Can't recommend AWL highly enough. First class service, installation and follow up service. Friends have just had a tub installed following our recommendation, they too are over the moon with service and care received.

Cannot recommend the Team at All Weather Leisure highly enough! We purchased a fantastic Jacuzzi Hot Tub from them and got first class service when it was delivered and since delivery we have had great backup support! Would definitely purchase from Luke and the Team again!

I had my Hot tub installed quite a few years ago. I have been extremely pleased with the service and attention provided and would certainly be remaining as a customer. Liam has always answered any calls I have made and been most helpful.

I purchased a jacuzzi from Luke at All Weather and found the service to be excellent. Installation was great and even though I needed a long time from purchase to installation, the team were always understanding and happy to wait. I use the company for annual service and any advice I need about the maintenance of my tub. I am soon to relocate my tub and asked the team if they would be able to provide transport to help me relocate the tub and I learned that they are able to do this and their price is very reasonable. I recommend this company for their expertise and quality product.

We decided as we weren't going on holiday to purchase a hot tub for our family of 6. We visited the showroom in Cannock and from start to finish the service we received was second to none. Luke helped us to pick out our new hot tub, the pricing was clear and a deposit was paid there and then. We had a site visit not long after.

On the day of delivery the guys who delivered it were pretty good and courteous and polite. The hot tub is great and runs well. I will often pop into the shop to get the stuff I need and always have a long chat with Danni who is absolutely fabulous.

Very disappointed with this company especially as we decided to shop locally and support local business despite this resulting in a more expensive hot tub. After receiving a home visit from the owner of this company to ensure we had chosen the most suitable location in our garden to place the hot tub we were advised that underneath a recently erected pergola would be perfectly suitable and no adjustments would be needed, I also recall asking if he was sure the would be enough head height we getting in or out. Our new hot tub arrived and to our total dismay the lid of the hot tub would not lift or fit under the top of the pergola, the gentleman that delivered the tub was shocked that we had been informed this would be a suitable location as to him it was very clear the tub would in fact not fit. We then had to remove the top off our pergola in order for the lid to fit. I wouldn’t mind if we hadn’t had a home visit but the fact the owner had stood in our garden and looked at the pergola making reference to what a nice location it would be! Following several emails it is very clear that this company are only interested in taking your money and have no after service care, denying any responsibility even though we had a home visit.
