Very good price, good communication about the delivery and the delivery driver was friendly professional and very helpful

Friendly and polite delivery crew. On time and told us in advance when they would deliver

Product is OK but you cannot get through to their delivery agent in the phone, by email or by replying "No" to the delivery agent's text message. I was given a delivery time but it didn't suit. I tried replying "No" which failed, tried calling twice and hung on for 45 mins both times, tried emailing,no response. I think I'll pay the extra £40 next time and use John Lewis. The packaging was water damaged, when I insisted on unpacking the fridge to check it they pressured me for a signature, saying all the boxes looked like that. The fridge was transported on it's side in the truck so had to wait 12 hours before I could use it to allow the compressor oil to settle. They didn't offer any such advice when delivering. Looked in a hurry to get away.

I don’t have my appliance and have not had any correspondence from the delivery company who have my appliance. I’ve tried ringing them but just was left hanging on eventually got an answer to be told i was 31st in the queue, !!! Been informed by the appliance company that the delivery company they use will be in touch with a delivery date.

Got a great deal on a B graded machine (a few minor blemishes on the casing of the machine) and you know what I can't even see them! Saved me £100 compared to curry's who had the washing machine on offer for £400. I requested a specific delivery which the sales assistant I chatted to on the online chat arranged for me! Happy customer! Would highly recommend!

Excellent value, great service

I had purchased an AEG induction hob from this company 8 years ago and contacted them when I needed a replacement due to an accident with the original hob. I phoned to enquire about the differences between 3 AEG induction hob models on their website to ensure I ordered a compatible model. The person I spoke to was friendly and helpful and liaised with colleagues to give me the information I needed.
I then ordered online and I was regularly updated on email regarding the status of the order, which came promptly 2 days later. Even better, I was able to get a hob with a £60 discount due to All Your Appliances having received a batch of hobs in perfect condition but in slightly damaged boxes.
I subsequently sent an email query and received a a prompt reply. Very happy customer. Excellent customer service.

Delivery was great and brought it into the kitchen for me, on time friendly. The washer dryer itself was packed very well and as a grade A appliance you could hardly notice the dinks in fact I had to look for them.

Only reason I haven't given a five star is the delivery guy's wouldn't wait for me to unpack the item to check if everything was OK with the product as per your instructions but they said they couldn't wait and i had to sign for it and if there was any problems I'd have to take it up with yourselves and then went on there way. I unpacked item and everything was OK thank you very much

Great value and fast delivery

We were given great advice regarding the appliance. We forgot to take the brackets for the appliance and I sent an email which was answered first thing the next dsy and you offered to post them. We called I. And picked them up and the member of staff knew exactly where they were and gave them to us! First class service!!

Company very good, but a lot of messing around with the courier service

I purchased an ex display integrated fridge freezer. It had a small dent in the door as described. The product is 5 star works perfectly and the company are so easy to deal with. Site description all accurate highly recommend saved around 200.00 !!

Dryer is exactly as described very good price, delighted with item and delivery.

NEFF Double oven was perfect. Only the packaging was damaged as described and reflected in the reduced price.

Double oven was delivered quickly too.

Totally satisfied with service. Would highly recommend.
