I called into the sales team to run a time sensitive unique situation by them and the guy who answered was a complete a******!!! I am working for my client and asking questions that I cannot get answered because my point of contact for the company is not available right now and according to this guy he doesnt exist so i am calling his cell to see if he was serious or if DAVID ZOHN is with another company because when i have called before they told me he goes by ''DZ'' so further clarity would have been more professional. I looked at the documents i was sent by David and they did not tell me the minimums which are different across the board as i have heard 75k, 100k, and 150k but not knowing the full details i called just to find out what the minimum was but he wanted more information on the property instead of telling me the minimum at the beginning so i would not have wasted his time. Then he quickly hung up on me after saying we can't help you. YOU NEED MORE PROFESSIONAL STAFF THAT IS RIDICULOUS! JUST BECAUSE I MAY NOT SOUND LIKE A RICH SNOB DOESNT MEAN I DONT HAVE A VALUABLE, WEALTHY, NETWORK. ITS NOT MY FAULT HE SECURED THE FUNDS TO BUY THE PROPERTY AND ONLY NEEDED CLOSING MONEY, ALL I CAN DO IS ASK A QUESTION IF I DONT KNOW IT! IF DAVID IS GONE IM DEFINITELY REMOVING THIS COMPANY FROM MY PARTNER LIST I WONT BE TREATED LIKE THAT!!

I accidently reviewed the UK company so I'm responding here because I am unhappy and the only reason there's more than one star is because I LOVED working with David Zohn and I actually reached him and he claims there's an "old alpha funding" and that's not who he's with but he's still with Alpha WHICH MEANS HE EXISTS in the company! This guy didn't even tell me his name either. I have a call with David next week to clear up what the heck happened and what number to call when I can't reach him because that 732# is not it!!!! If you see that 732# in their email RUN and wait for them to get back to you because if they are as AMAZING and PROFESSIONAL as DAVID, they will. I'm guessing it should be a 908 area code when reaching the professionals. So if you see that 908 area code elsewhere on the site call that number If you can't reach your POC..just a word of advice.

I was introduced to Alpha Funding Partners (Jason Napolitano) in September. We closed our first loan in September, second early November and are in the process of closing a $500K portfolio loan and several other loans.
The biggest benefit with them is when they say we can do this deal this is what we need...I am happy to know that I'm closing on my loan.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism of the entire team and will put them as my PRIMARY Lender.

I plan to fly up to meet the team I am so impressed with their services.
