Everything was smooth, quickly and clear. I didn't have any issues with the payment every month

I was generally pleased with my stay. The points that I am satisfied with are the staff who come for weekly cleaning and my communication with my other roommates. There was just a pest infestation in the house, in this case my roommate who speaks Spanish managed the process and we had a bad experience with this situation for 3 weeks. They said that we could get the deposit if we left the house during this period, but an option close to where I was staying was not offered.

Helpful, friendly people, they do activities for the students that rent from them. Straight-forward and clear instructions on what to expect and do, when dealing with the rental agreement, complaints, payments, etc. All is done on their platform.

The aluni team has always been, fast, helpful and friendly.
The first access to the apartment the payments and also the procedure after my stay were incomplicated and transparent.
The rent was relatively high for the room and the location I had. I met many other students who paid less for a bigger room/apartment near the centre and no extra fees. You pay for the service too, I guess. But the service was great !
I would recommend staying in Madrid with Aluni :)

Empecé a alquilar una habitación en mi piso en el año 2007 y nunca he tenido un problema con Aluni.

La agencia tiene buenas opciones para estudiantes, especialmente para extranjeros que tienen dificultades para encontrar plaza. Es necesario un mejor seguimiento de las casas, yo me quedé en dos, la primera estaba muy bien cuidada, fue una gran experiencia, la segunda estaba muy mala y los estudiantes deterioraron el ambiente y no siguieron las reglas.

Estuve muy a gusto en el alojamiento! Aluni te ayuda a encontrar alojamientos garantizados y equipados específicamente para estudiantes. A mi me ahorró muchísimo tiempo a la hora de buscar alojamiento.

The Aluni personnel were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room sizes were more than decent and the the common areas of the house were cleaned one to two times a week. The lack of natural light wasn't a huge problem but it also wasn't the most ideal scenario.
The location of where I stayed (Principe Pio) really helped as the apartment was literally across the road from the station and a thirty second walk to a nearby supermarket. The neighbours were also really nice.
All in all, would recommend to any future student.
