From consultation, pre op, throughout the procedure and after I was taken through the process and kept informed and constantly updated on what to expect, what’s happening and what I have to do. All done with friendliness and a high level of professionalism. Especially for doing hair transplants, which in my case was way out of my comfort zone.

I must be honest and say, that I’ve never experienced a more professional, informed, friendly, helpful and all round 5 star service in my life as I did at Alvi Armani in Sandton, South Africa!!!! From the moment you walk through the doors into the reception area (which looks super upper class), to the welcoming atmosphere from all the staff (dressed to kill) you feel so welcome and at ease! I can understand that for some, it feels a bit embarrassing to admit that you might need a new head of hair, but that feeling leaves those doors very quickly. I was treated like a king from day one, well informed about the proses. On the day of my FUE treatment, all my “worries” and fears disappeared solely because of all the amazing staff and doctors. The staff even gave me an applause to celebrate my new hair!!! They look after you with sincere respect, sensitive care and make sure you remember the experience for the good and excitement!!! If you ever feel the need to get your amazing hair back, I want to go out on a limb and say, “there is NO better place than Alvi Armani!!!!!” Well done Doc Kalan and team. To the stars!!!!!!

The best thing about Alvi Armani is attention to detail in every aspect of their service offering. I highly recommend it them especially for African hair and here’s why. At the start of your hair restoration journey a follicle test is done on your hair to see precisely how your particular hair type grows. This is essential in determining the success of your hair restoration process as without this crucial first step the transplant might not look right or even not work at all which would be a tragic waste of time and money. After that your doctor will explain to you exactly what they will do to help you if the procedure is viable for you. They communicate with you every step of the way until the day of your procedure and the after care is just as attentive. The results speak for themselves and I have been thoroughly enjoying the options I have on how I want to style my hair. I look years younger and no one can tell that I’ve had a hair transplant. But most importantly I didn’t need to fly miles away to a far off country and hope that the doctors there know what they’re doing and have only my best results in mind. You don’t have to live with a receding hairline or baldness anymore you can get your hair and you life back with Alvi Armani
