Buyer Beware! I purchased 2 sets of 100% remy human hair extensions the first set was fine but not the color i needed, then, i got the second set and they were USED, DIRTY, MATTED in a clump! This seems to be a ploy of this company, because you cannot return used extensions but thats how they came! How can this company still be in business! I am by far beyond disgusted! This is a health hazard! And they do NOT return your emails! This company needs to be investigated!i am so disgusted looking to file a suit against them! The emotional damage alone getting dirty used extensions is more than i can take! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If I could give 0 starts I would.
I purchased 4 packs of hair extensions. Two packs I received were good and not used. The other 2 packs were USED hair extensions
I requested a refund and I was told they are not giving me a refund unless the hair is not used / brand new. However the hair was send to me in USED condition- I did not receive a refund and they are not emailing me back, they are just ignoring the issue

Fast delivery great hair very soft only problem was they kept slipping out

Always buy theses hair clips. I really like them so pretty and manageable. I also had trouble with shipping contacted customer service and they got back to me promptly!

This hair is our go-to choice. It’s gorgeous.  i am in love and will be buying again. I didn’t want to spend hundreds to thousands on hair extensions from a salon. These are amazing, super easy to apply and remove (I learned from a few YouTube videos).I definitely recommend!

Love love love this hair. It has a lot of body and very easy to install. I'm in love with the Clip in hair from this company and recommend you to at least try 2 packs to change the styles up. I have worn front part, side part and half up/half down with many compliments. they also sell other hair extensions. Deserve to try them!

These are So soft and long. I’m so pumped to get them installed. I got the K-tips of this brand as well and it was such a simple way to glam yourself. 10:10 recommend.

Don't buy these. They look nice when you get them but after install and wash, they are no good any more. Deceiving and would not buy again

I ordered tape in extensions. I've been wearing them for more than 3 years, I know how to use them properly

I began installing the extensions and it was very difficult as the tape was not gripping my own hair. Less than 12 hours later, over half the extensions were falling out. Just running my fingers through the tangles in the hair, 5-7 tapes would just fall out in my hand. (The hair is also very thin and tangles easily, poor quality)

I contacted the company asking for a refund. This is not how brand new extensions behave. It was not user error. I received a faulty product. Instead they offered to send me more tape, to retape 12 hour old extensions. When I told them that was unreasonable they offered a tiny refund and discounts for my next THREE purchases.

Um, I won't be purchasing from them ever again, let alone 3 more times. Try GooGoo hair instead. They have excellent customer service!

Hair just arrived and the colour is similar to one of the Beauty Works colours that I use
so delighted. I’m not a hairdresser but happy with the quality of the hair and have been wearing extensions for 3 years. Am going to get a slightly darker colour as I usually mix two colours.

Bought the light ash brown and planning on getting the coffee brown to mix through.

All tapes and very excited to try fitting them.

Colors of the hair are pretty awesome, actually better than most of the super expensive brands I've used. Hair is very poor quality and was a tangly mess at all times. had to take it out early. But the price is cheap so you get what you pay for. I wish the more expensive companies could match these colors.
