We were in trouble. Our money was put in reserve but our account health ratings were perfect in the USA and Canada.
The Account health staff we talked to were nice and polite but baffled. Twice we were told the money would be released and was not, this was already 4 weeks lost, no income.
We discovered an unopened email dated September 5th, from the amz UK. It told us we had a VAT due of 66BP ( about $80) and if amz could not get it paid from the money in the UK account the income of US and Canada would be put into reserve.
Well, there was no money in the UK account because we had all our listings disapproved in 2021, no income in the UK.
We responded to the email and were told they were looking into it and would get back to us. After 5 days we nudged them and got the same answer.
That is when we decided we needed a legal team. Within 24 hours of hiring them a series of letters were sent and amz uk started to respond. An executive from amz uk took charge and stayed in communication with us throughout. She succeeded in having the money released.
In all we were 7 and a half weeks of income into reserve, over $150,000 for a tax of $80.00!!!
In the end they realized that this tax was a mistake as it was applied to a removal of our product and not a sale.
It is the second time we use the amz sellers attorneys and we are again extremely grateful for their help.

Guys, if your account was deactivated for any reason atall, please look no further cos Amazon sellers attorney is absolutely the only thing you need. I wrote every kind of appeal know to mankind and all got rejected. I had to come to the sellers attorney and was assigned to Nadia, this lady is an Angel from Heaven. She personalized my case and kept working, we had to escalate and finally it worked. Both my account and my related account were both opened and our funds released. My amazon account got suspended and then deleted, and after many trials i couldnt fix it. Amazon also disposed my inventory in my expense without asking me and no matter how much i fought there was no solution.

This is what Amazon Seller Attorney emailed to my partner after her review. We did not expect a guarantee to be reimbursed, rather a guarantee the firm would have kept the commitment we paid for. We paid a full fee for a deal which meant to include  unlimited escalations.  After only one letter written by them (emailed by us) the firm did not respond to us anymore despite our emails and further information and evidence.
Out of  those quotes I feel there's a lack of an ethical approach, of the professional manner and sensitivity. A delusional experience definitively.

As a business company, we bought a service from Amazon Seller Attorney that seemed ( after a first chat) to be able to solve some issues with Amazon Selling Central . We bought a service for $1375.00 which included " unlimited revision and any necessary escalations" as described in the contract signed by each party.
Unfortunately, after only one letter written out of all the material and infos provided by us, which was sent by our personal email, nothing happened anymore. Despite asking repeatedly by email to escalate the matter ( which was the reason why we bought the service in the first place) the firm did non respond to us anymore. They totally ignored our request. Do not buy their service they are unreliable and unprofessional, once they got the money they dropped the case.
