Instruction manual could provide better detail on plumbing an in-ground pool. The system does work and has warmed our pool

I've been ordering my pool filter from AmeriMerc.com for a few years now and have always been satisfied with their product and timely service.

I just recently purchased a passive solar heated for our above ground pool.
It's a great product, at a great price and delivered our door.
What's not to like?

I never got an order conformation of shipping info on the order. I had no idea that the order was filled and shipped. I thought that it was lost. They dropped the ball on order follow up.

Item arrived quickly and as described

When I first called this company the person was hard to understand because he was mumbling and I thoughtI had miss dialed and called a funeral home by accident. The sales person couldn't process my purchase do to maybe lack of experience or laziness. I did order a pool liner from their website and I am happy with it.

My pool liner was delivered as promised, on time and within one week. The quality of the liner was excellent. We had ordered an 24 foot round above ground pool liner and I couldn't have been happier with this company. The price and quality was great.

I shopped quite a bit for replacement of our diving board. The individuals on the phone were extremely helpful in helping me confirm I was purchasing the correct board for the stand that I have on my pool. The board arrived in three days. I am very impressed with both the personal service and the quality of execution on the order.

I bought a pool pump from here and i was driven to purchase from here by the location of their company and their price. Most internet companies were from California and i try to support more conservative states and i do not buy from California if at all possible. There price was one of the best online as well. Also their website stated they fulfill orders the same or next business day so that made my customer happy. Even though the order was not filled the next business day the customer representative was quick to respond and provide information and i still received the product the same week i ordered it. The product line is good and the prices are reasonable. It took a week for the order to be processed and shipped. Just about all internet providers will send the order out the door in 48 hours or less. As far as I know, what I ordered was not backordered. If it was backordered, no one told me; therefore, I assumed that the order would be quickly processed and shipped. First time ordering from this company and I was very disappointed in the service.

Ordering was easy.Also called to confirm order. The person on your end confirmed order,told me when it was shipped and when I would recieve it.
Everything went as they said and the pump was a perfect fit. Installed in about a half hour. Will be doing buisness with you in the future.

They sure promote Free Shipping but never mention the Handling Fee of $7.99 until one is all signed up and ready to order.... Does not make repeat customers.

I have ordered pool supplies for several years and always had good service.

it would have been nice to be advised--yes we received your payment and order and you can expect delivery of item --eta---kinda in la-la land--no communications at all--except from you just now re my purchase...please let them know, not a proper way to do business.....especially when there are others in marketplace selling same item...I will certainly rethink my purchase next time...still awaiting product and communication---over a week now...any idea---perhaps by christmas....and it's late june now...

The product was easy to install. However, I had to realign the end supports for a 24' above ground round pool as the solar cover kept fall off the end supports. I moved them closer by about 16 inches. Otherwise, it is performing good and keeps the solar cover off the ground adequately.

Looked all over the Internet and for the price this can't be beat. Shipping was fast and product only took a few minutes to assemble. They look GREAT on my deck. Only down side. Did come with a sticker in the storage compartment stating not for chemical storage ...I'm sorry what besides chemicals would you plan on storing right next to your hot tub inside the very steps for the hot tub?? Well cross your fingers. I'll let you know if anything blows up because chemicals is all I planned on storing in those steps, but honestly if it were that big a deal they should have it posted on the site where you purchase them.

Four of my local pool retail supplier stores did not have my standard product request and this online site did. The transaction was far more convenient than expected and I now have it on my repeat business list

I had previously ordered fencing from AmeriMerc for a new a/g pool minus a deck which had yet to be erected. I received first amount very quickly and when ready to install new fence found out I needed 2 more sections. I ordered planning to install following weekend hoping I would receive in time. To my surprise I received within 2 days with plenty of time left. Very happy with AmeriMerc and would recommend to anyone.
P.S. They also had the best price after much searching.
