Je me rejoins aux avis négatifs une première commande pour moi et je le regrette… première et derrière fois.

Commande toujours pas reçu est des qu’on contacte le service client zéro réactivité. Surtout que c’était pour offrir donc merci de nous mettre dans des situations compliquées.

honteux de faire payer 10 de frais de livraison quand nike pour un achat de 15e c gratuit et livrer en deux jours en plus la livraison utiliser coute4,95 de base

Please guys don’t take this medication it have a long term side effect mood swings and ED issues . These people are robbing you and making your health more damage . Please guys see a professional doctor for any issues rather than these jerks . These people are making money and making you more sick .

Alors alors... En décidant de mettre un avis (la toute première fois que je fais ça), me pensant particulièrement malchanceux possédant un manteau ayant peut-être eu une (double quand même) erreur de fabrication, je ne m'attendais pas à découvrir toutes ces évaluations négatives...
Et bien la note globale est entièrement méritée.. Un bouton de poche a sauté au bout de deux mois. Le deuxième vient de sauter, au bout de 6 mois. Des fils mal cousus dépassait par ci par là. Bref, évitez la marque. Un manteau (à près de 600€ en promo, qui à la base en valait presque 1000€!!!) a la même qualité qu'un produit SHEIN.
On ne peut pas mettre zéro étoile, on va dire que celle ci est pour le style de la marque.

100% fake seller of counterfeit goods. Ordered some New Balance shoes from them. Received them from Chin with no box and they were 100% fake shoes. Avoid at all costs!

Do not buy. It’s a scam. They will send you a $2 dollar piece of fabric that you have to send back to China. It will also be in the wrong size. They then negotiate a partial refund and you keep the item. There still way ahead in making a profit. Just ask your bank to reverse the charge and give them this website as proof. Do not buy. BE WARNED. SCAM

BUYER BEWARE. Purchased shoes, wrong size sent to me. Company state consumer will not have to pay for return post if it’s their error. The Company is not adhering to their return policy at all & wasting time trying to get me to pay return post or keep shoes at a discounted rate. The shoes are too big to keep.

Very poor quality, smelly. Zipper on denim jacket rusty.

For the ami-melbourne.com site:
The name suggests they are located in Melbourne however they provide a London address. Google does not list the company at that address but there are some software companies...
The About Us page doesn't actually list the names of the two brothers they claim are the owners.
They don't list standard details about the clothing they sell eg. fabric.
Best to avoid.

ÉDIT: j’ai eu gain de cause après un signalement DGCCRF qui leur a transmis ma réclamation, 10 minutes après j’avais une proposition de reprise contre remboursement.

Cette marque ne vaut pas mieux qu’un produit moyenne gamme au tier de son prix. J’ai acheté un pull 280€ qui s’est retrouvé avec un trou au niveau de la couture de la poche qui a cédée après 2 mois. Le service client m’indique sur photo ce n’est pas leur problème. Gardez votre argent pour la concurrence qui ne manque pas sur ce secteur et qui bénéficie d’un service client bien supérieur comme the kooples.

Took far to long to get my parcel.Not happy about the time i ordered and the time I received my parcel.Need to be a lot quicker with receiving parcels.

J’ai acheté un pull 380 euros, une fois lavé à la main comme sur les consignes de lavage, le pull s’est feutri.
Plusieurs appels telephoniques et lettre recommandées et aucun retour

Pull iconique en laine blanc lavé selon les instructions et a rétréci. Étiquette devrait préciser qu’il ne peut pas être lavé à l’eau. Évidemment impossible de prouver le respect des consignes de lavage et donc pas de remboursement.

Qualité médiocre
Pull en laine, 380€ lavé une seule fois en suivant les instruction à la lettre : perdu une taille et trop petit.

Absolute con. £80 jacked arrived not worth £5 rusty zips terrible fabric. Tried to send back to the uk London address but they said I had to send to China. Dodgy China address also. Contacted visa and got my money back. Since I gave ami my details I have had non stop scan texts and phone calls.

I bought a leather bag which was very expensive and i wore it only for less than a month and all the leather corners are ripped. Bag inside is poorly constructed you can barely fit a phone and a small wallet. Totally appalled how can a “designer” bag be this bad. I feel robbed!
