One month ago I wired $207.16 USD for a thyroid supplement. I was informed they could not fill my order, due to customs issues and they would wire the funds back. After multiple request and using different methods, Ampavit never mailed the meds and never wired the money back. They kept both. I am a senior citizen and have to watch my retirement funds closely.
Per the Ampavit website:
"Customer Satisfaction is Our Priority
As a small business, we take pride in offering personalized customer service. If you have questions about our products, need help with an order, or seek advice, our team is here to assist you." This was not my experience. I was robbed. I'm holding out hope that this review might spur them to do the right thing.

I am happy to delete this review should Ampavit make good on their offer to return funds.

I was skeptical at first, but I decided to place an order. It arrived quickly and on time, and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be buying again.

Have now ordered twice from Ampavit, excellent service and products at affordable prices, delivery takes a little time but that is fine, I don't mind waiting for things that I cannot get here at home, having a reputable place to order the vitamins I need far outways that little extra
time. Excellent choice of products with well written information and uses. I will be ordering more in the future. Thanks for a great service

First ordered Iodine from Ampavit during covid, and item was as described.
GP-prescribed thyroid meds was making me ill, giving me breathlessness, palpitations, lots of weight gain so I stopped taking them. In December 2024, looking for an alternative, a thyroid forum in the UK recommended Ampavit for natural thyroid. I had previously bought natural thyroid from another company which ceased to trade during covid and was looking for a new supplier as I felt loads better on it.
I had some queries regarding ordering thyroid medication from Ampavit, and Steve got in touch immediately to answer my queries, taking time out of of his break in Thailand at the time. Nice polite man and super helpful.
As promised, I received my full order on time and been on my natural thyroid and B12 for 3 weeks or so now and feel as though I am on road to recovery.
I am thankful that Ampavit is here to provide a service to sick people like me who are let down by our health service who push big pharma chemicals into us, which often don't help, and even make us worse.

I have been ordering my B12 from Steve for about 2 years, absolutely faultless the product is amazing and he delivers very fast, I would have no hesitation reccomending Steve if you need B12. Thanks. Mark Heaney

Initially, I was skeptical about whether this site was legitimate. However, I received a prompt and reassuring response from the seller, confirming that my parcel was on its way. The only downside is the waiting time, as the package has to travel from overseas. Overall, a good experience!

This company have saved my life. Have ordered supplements a few times and have been very impressed with service. Keep up the good work.

Order placed weeks ago, not even shipped. Spoke to someone after placing the order and they promised to get back to us with an update. No one did, and money not returned either. When calling they either don't pick up or goes straight to voicemail. Not responding to messages. Avoid!
+ In response to Ampavit response: no items received, I have called multiple times, messaged multiple times, you did not message or call back.

Amazing communication, I received the wrong item in error and contacted customer service, they sent out what I originally ordered and told me to keep the other products received :)

I will only buy from ampavit now, fast delivery considering my items came from Thailand. Thank you.

I've ordered from this company 2 times and will place the order again today and in the future Quick, clear and polite communication. I was a bit worried first time I placed an order but everything went smooth and pretty quick delivery,there was some small mistake while ordering and I've been compensated with extra product, so thank you, it's very appreciated!.. And to the person who give you bad review saying that they're injecting people and wanted to know 'if this is genuine product'.. Well, if you are in UK and qualified to do injections - you should ONLY inject people with prescription drugs - from GP or prescriber! NOT ordering stuff online and then trying to blame, bad wording ect. This is disgusting.

Decided to test the product with a small order for Methycobal which I usually have sent over from my Cypriot SiL - you can buy over the counter there. Methycobal for me works really well with Hydroxy. Ampavit supplies was excellent. We had a slight error with my 2nd order. Steve was absolutely brilliant- resolved quickly and a much appreciated extra as an apology.

Ampavit sell good quality methylcobalamin, which is the form of B12 you want to take (not cyanocobalamin which most private B12 is, cynaocobalamin contains cyanide). If you need vitamin b12, make sure you research the versions carefully. Good customer service. Recommended, A+++

Ordered B12 and will be ordering again soon! I was initially a little unsure about ordering online but payment was easy and i had regular updates on shipping and a tracking number too. The actual product is of high quality too.
