This was disappointing and sad considering the people running the place are those of faith. They are dishonest and aggressive. I ordered 2 supposedly beautiful abayas, that arrived in the wrong size and crumpled. I was happy to return them and get them in the correct size but the employees were hostile and rude towards me. I then had to keep chasing up the process as there was little communication, and after I had gotten a hold of them, they said that the products looked worn and damaged when they had arrived like that. They refused a refund or exchange and told me that if I wanted one, I would have to pay more for postage or pick it up. Please pay attention to the sizing as if u don’t u may have to deal with these horrible employees and customer service.

Great customer service and the mens/boys thobes I purchased were good quality.

The service was fast and reliable. I was advised on the items they did not have in my order at the onset which i liked. Brilliant customer service skills!

Bad company. Ordered 1 Taupe and 1 Butter White Omani Thawb, was expecting for it to arrive at last week at Thursday, didn't arrive and said won't give the thawbs because it 'isn't part of our policy.' Insisted on giving my money back but I had told them to give the thawbs. Said they would and would arrive this Wednesday. Didn't arrive either and said Thursday. After calling, said 'isn't part of our policy and past ordering date.' Bad company, other online alternatives are available, high chance of not getting your items and really bad service.

My order came within 24 hours. Honest prices and amazing products. So happy with my order and will definitely order from here again!

I ordered multiple packets of Tamreh coconut dates from this shop (that I could not find anywhere else in UK). When I asked them some questions about the stock, they were quick to respond to my queries. The delivery was super quick as well. I got them immediately the next day. I can't wait to order more items in future.

Very disappointed bought a bottle of Ashwaganda from Birmingham branch next morning when l look at bottle to open it was expired called them send them picture still waiting for thir response

They are dishonest company. They emailed me saying my order was dispatched, once arrived 3 items missing. I emailed them and called them, he SAAD said they didn't have the color I ordered but he'll send me another color. Nothing ! NEVER again I' ll order from them. I am waiting for a refund

I was very happy to find everything I like for the house in one place. Very well packaged and great communication over WhatsApp. A very happy customer and I do recommend it.

Avoid at all costs. False advertised product, claimed it’s suitable for swimming, was a thin material that’s not suitable for swimming in. Cheap nasty product sent probably manufactured in 3rd world countries. Overpriced and refused a refund as I was out of the “returning timeframe”. Scammers. Hope you’re enjoying scamming people in this life. Avoid at all costs.

Before ordering a pink travel dua, I contacted the business regarding a query and found them to be extremely helpful leading me to order the item. The business then contacted me later on to inform me there was no pink in stock but could send out a multicoloured one to which I agreed. When the parcel arrived the next day, it came with a packet of sweets as compensation for the colour being changed. This gesture was greatly appreciated as they acknowledged their fault (was very happy with the multicoloured one too) - this is what you call great customer service. Will definitely be ordering again

I recently visited Amsons store and had a really lovely experience. The staff were so kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They took their time to assist me and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The warm and respectful atmosphere made the visit even better. I left feeling very satisfied and will definitely be returning to Amsons again.

My first order was missing some items, so I contacted customer support and they sorted it straight away and got the rest of my order to me really quickly. Thank you - mistakes happen to us all but all is ok if they are corrected immediately :)

Saad was really helpful, I needed some gifts arranged last minute for an event and for it to be delivered by a certain time. The products I ordered were beautiful and even nicer than the images shown
