Like everyother 1 star review they delay bigger withdraws and say their financial departmend are checking the withdraw. I have tried to get my withdraws over week and been contacting support email addres everyday but nothing changes.
I will update this when or if they never will give me my money back and the winnings.

Wygrywasz pieniądze – super, tylko że później zaczyna się kabaret. Mam do wypłaty około 10 000 PLN, z czego mogłem wypłacać śmieszne 2 000 PLN dziennie. Złożyłem wypłaty na początku marca i do dziś (26 marca) NIE DOSTAŁEM ANI ZŁOTÓWKI. Zero postępu, zero konkretów, kompletna cisza poza kopiuj-wklej tekstami z supportu.
Live chat? Bezużyteczny. Za każdym razem ta sama gadka: „proszę się nie martwić, przetwarzamy”. Ile można „przetwarzać” coś, co według ich własnych zasad powinno trwać maksymalnie 3 dni robocze? To jest jawne przeciąganie i robienie ludzi w balona.

My withdrawal was eventually paid, however the process took an extremely long time and involved repeated verification rounds.
Timeline of the case:
• Withdrawal requested: 20 December 2025
• Final payment received: after 73 days
• Total verification rounds: 9 separate KYC requests
• First verification request was initiated only after 16 days of inactivity
• Support informed me that each KYC review may take up to 10 business days (≈16 calendar days)
During the process I had to send many emails and repeatedly follow up with support to understand the status of my account. The advertised withdrawal processing time of 1–3 days was clearly not respected in this case.
The funds were eventually paid, which I appreciate. However the verification process and the total waiting time created unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
Players should be aware that withdrawals may take significantly longer than expected if additional verification rounds are required.

I had placed a handful of Basketball futures bets with them (season win totals, finishing position bets)
And after placing the bets successfully the site had an upgrade. But after the site upgrade my bets went missing from my bet history (luckily i screen shot all of my bets with them prior to the upgrade)
And now the bets have resulted but they will not honour them, even though i have sent the supports team the screenshots to prove the bets were accepted.
Any time i try to have a discussion with them all i get in return on live chat or via email is a copy and paste reply. 'thank you for the images and we have forwarded them to the relevant department' I have been receiving this standardized reply since October 2025.
