What made my experience great is a combination of quality products (I use 3 of their eyebrow products) and excellent customer service.
I can see customer service satisfaction slipping away from many other companies with newer corporate models and goals of profit before other essential successful business protocals, in my opinion. Some examples are an over use of AI and the absense of human interaction.
Anastasia efficeintly and quickly replies to customer service issues and uses the old adage, "The customer is always right" model.
In over a decade I've written to them two times, I wasn't disappointed. This makes me a satisfied and happy consumer. It is because of these satisfactions that I highly recommend Anastasia Beverly Hills.

I placed my very first order with Anastasia Beverly Hills on the TikTok shop and received my order today! And to my Unfortunate surprise my box came damaged and the inside was exposed, so I went to retrieve my products and immediately noticed that one of my products were missing! This is something that has been happening for the last year to me though… My products have been coming in damaged boxes with products missing and I know that’s NOT because of the company, this is because of sticky fingered people that work for the Postal Services but that’s another story for another day😅. But anyways, when I reached out to Anastasia Beverly Hills customer service, All I did was send one quick and simple email with my order number and provided pictures of my damaged box and my order slip, and they immediately sent me a replacement no questions asked! I haven’t tried any Anastasia products yet like I said in the beginning of this review, this was my very first order! But as we all know, Anastasia has been around long enough and obviously it’s for a reason, right!? So I already know that I’m gonna love the products! But I must say, the quick and easy hassle free customer service experience alone is what got me, and earned them another return customer for LIFE! 💕 Thanks, Anastasia!

I love their products, but their customer service is also excellent. I had an issue with a product I had purchased (love the product, but the product got stuck in the lid), and after requesting a photo of the product and the packing slip (I no longer had the packing slip so they gave me another option, which was great), they immediately mailed me a replacement product. They were quick to respond and solved the issue.

I Am a new customer of Anastasia Beverly Hills. I found them on tiktok shop. I first ordered their Norvina Palette vol 5 and I'm obsessed. Then I got the dewy setting spray and it's amazing. I have worked with their customer service on an issue I had with a recent order. I was accidentally swnt the wrong item. I worked in customer service for years so i know things happen. The customer service is amazing! They are quick and very easy to communicate with. It's important to have trust in a brand and customer service is the backbone of a company. I appreciate them being so easy to work with.

I love Anastasia products. This is the first time I ordered directly from Anastasia apposed to purchasing from my local Sephora. And I must say, their customer service is amazing. I received my 2 brow wiz pencils and when I opened them to use them they were both broken. I contacted their customer service and they sent out 2 new replacements right away.

My favorite so far is the brow wizard.
It's by far better than any other I've used! Customer service deserves a gold star!

I've been using Anastasia Beverly Hills makeup for years and overall I'm a big fan. Their Modern Renaissance eyeshadow palette is one of my all time favorites - the shades are highly pigmented and beautiful. I also love their Dipbrow pomade for my eyebrows. It goes on smoothly and keeps my brows looking full and shaped perfectly all day.

My only complaint is with some of their lip products. While I adore their liquid lipsticks for the bold matte colors and long lasting finish, some of the shades are so drying on my lips. I exfoliate and prime but an hour after application my lips start feeling parched and I have to take it off or apply gloss on top.

OMG Anastasia Beverly Hills is my new favorite makeup line! I'm obsessed with the Modern Renaissance eye shadow palette - the colors are so pigmented and blendable. The brow products are also amazing - the Brow Wiz pencil makes doing my brows so quick and easy to get that perfect arch! I love how long the lip glosses stay on too. I literally wear something from ABH's line every single day! Can't recommend this brand enough, it's now my holy grail for all my makeup needs.

I absolutely love Anastasia Brow definer, but after little use the plastic started breaking down. The locking mechanism on the spolie side needs tweaking. I hate complaining or reaching out to complain, but with everything getting expensive. I could not, not say something. The customer service to replace my product has blown my mind! With no hassle. As an ER nurse, I dont have the energy to argue or complain. They made this process, seamless. Thank you

Their customer service team is excellent. I had a package that FedEx claimed was damaged, I emailed Anastasia and within hours a new package was on the way to me. In the middle of a holiday season, great customer service.

I just love their products. Last year I bought two eye shadow palettes and for this year three of them.

Customer service was outstanding. They responded to my email request immediately (on a Saturday). They helped me with my issue in a timely manner. Very appreciative of the quick response by the Anastasia team.

Had an issue with a damaged cosmetic product and it was handled in a super efficient and satisfying manner. Quick responses to my emails were very much appreciated. My product was damaged when I opened it unfortunately. I emailed them RIGHT away, they emailed me back almost instantly and sent a new product almost immediately, SUPER friendly, understanding, ect!

J’ai effectué une commande sur le site le 7 septembre dernier et malheureusement à ce jour, je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande…
J’ai à plusieurs reprises contacté le service client qui m’a juste expliqué que ma commande était expédié et qu’il fallait que j’attende que ma commande arrive.
Oui c’est bien de me dire ça alors que via mon suivi DHL, l’étiquette d’envoi est bien créé mais toujours pas récupéré par DHL???
Pourquoi attendre de l’envoyer ????!!!
Par contre pour me prendre l’argent ça c’est ultra rapide, je suis vraiment agacé car personne n’ai capable de m’aider au final.
Je pense que d’ici quelques jours si malheureusement je n’ai toujours pas ma commande, je vais signaler ce problème auprès de PayPal ayant payé par ce biais et ne recommanderais plus jamais sur ce site !!!!
C’est vraiment honteux de laisser les gens comme ça dans l’attente que ça se passe et de ne pas agir.

Je me permets de revenir écrire à la suite de mon avis d’il y a 3 jours, à ce jour, je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon colis et l’état de mon suivi dhl est toujours au même point !!!!

S’il vous plaît répondez moi à ça car quand j’écris au service client la seule réponse c’est qu’ils sont désolés et que mon colis est en transit…. C’est du pipeau !!!!

I have been using these eye brow pencils for several years. The product itself is great, but the construction (the plastic casing) of my past few purchases has not held up. I sent a message to the company to let them know and received excellent customer service. Even though I did not purchase any of my faulty products directly through their website, they still offered to send me one free product. And more importantly, acknowledged my message about the recent decline in quality. Very happy to continue using this product and I am hoping that the quality of the construction improves soon.
