I received a broken eyeshadow palette and contacted customer service. They replied within minutes and after only exchanging a couple emails I got notified of a replacement on the way to me! Excellent customer service!!

Such a wonderful company that cares about their customers! My products unfortunately arrived broken but customer service was so kind and responded to my emails promptly and sent a replacement for the broken items.

I’ve a customer for years, one of my pencils broke in a way it never had before. I reached out to customer service and they responded within an hour, had a new one shipped out to me the next day, great customer service!

I love all their products and I basically use everything💙 As soon as something drops I order it (unless it is a palette that isn’t my colors.) Co-workers comment on how beautiful my skin looks and my make-up. It is such great quality, love it💙 Today I received my new order, but they gave me the wrong color in one of the items, so I e-mailed them. Within min.they replied and ordered me a new item that they are shipping me. They don’t know what a great customer I am, and no matter what they fixed it without an issue or argueing with me. I am so impressed with their customer service, just makes me love them more💙💙💙

ABH has the BEST eye pallets! So I was so sad when I opened it to find a broken shadow. I emailed customer service and had a response I just a few hours. I replied with the requested photos and they are sending me a new pallet! Entire process only took a few days. ABH has the best customer service by far!

Excellent customer support
I made a purchase last week, and it was just problems with the carrier. first the order was put on hold, and I contacted ABH customer support, they promptly opened an investigation to understand what had happened to the order. Afterwards, when the order arrived in the country, DHL said that in principle it would have to pay taxes, when it wasn't supposed to. I got in touch with ABH customer support and they quickly told me that this was not supposed to be done, but that if they asked to pay, I just sent them proof of payment and they refunded me that money. finally it was not necessary to pay anything. when the order arrived, 2 pallets were broken, I contacted customer support, and they were super kind, they returned the money for the two pallets, and I didn't have to return the damaged ones. they were always super kind and thoughtful. Congratulations !! You are excellent customer support

I ordered 4 Norvina palettes from the Abh Sale. I received only 3 palettes. Out of the 3 palettes, 1 palette reached broken.

After sending pictures and explaining to the customer services team, I received one replacement palette for the missing one. This too arrived damaged.

Now I have 2 damaged ABH Norvina and £84 lost because I am not even sure if I will get refund.

I had made an odre for an eyeshadow pallet and a highlighter pallet. I also received a free body oil with my purchase. Unfortunately two of my items were damaged. I reached out via email. Anastacia replied to me very promptly. After maybe two email exchanges the problem was corrected. They emailed me a new tracking number within minutes. I am amazed at their amazing customer service.

made 2 orders at the same time. parcels arrived quickly, but unfortunately one item from one parcel was damaged. wrote to the support service and attached photos. the answer came to the mail within 30 minutes. solved the problem quickly, which I was very happy about. I will definitely order again. thank you support for your understanding

I absolutely love the soft glam and norvina pallettes! I highly recommend them, they re amazing products. My make up stays on all day long and its still easy to wash off. On a scale 1 through 10, with 10 being the most amazing make up and 1 being terrible I give it a 10! I totally recommend these products! They're beautiful colors, great quality!

I have just received my first order from the ABH website. My order arrived extremely quickly to Europe. Unfortunately some of the shadows in my palette were broken. I immediately messaged them with the problem. Within hours (given the time difference, that's impressive) I received a response asking if I would like a replacement or a refund for the item. I chose the replacement, since it's beautiful.
I was worried I'd have to ship the broken one back. That is not an uncommon or unreasonable request, but that would cost me quite a lot in shipping all the way to the US. I have already received an email saying they'll be shipping my replacement.
This has hands down been the best customer service experience I've ever had. Even the prices were great compared to local websites that sell ABH and they even offer free world wide shipping above a certain price. Plus, all extra costs are included. No surprise costs upon delivery.
I will not hesitate to order from their website again.

I recently visited a local Sephora and attempted to purchase a beautiful ABH 4-eyeshadow-bundle. However, at the check-out, the Sephora employee realized that the store did not have the plastic palette in stock in order to make the deal applicable. Disappointed, I left the store. The beauty, applicability and the pigmentation of the product really left an impact on me, and the next day, I visited ABH.com. They literally upheld the deal that Sephora offered. Thrilled, I ordered the exact shades I'd selected, as well as the plastic palette. Shipping details were quickly provided and the delivery of the items was very swift. Unfortunately, one of the shadows was damaged upon the unpacking of the items. ABH Customer Support was extremely kind, responsive and offered to replace the shadow. I could not be happier with the service. Thank you ABH Team! <3

I experienced incredible customer service. I wrote a message regarding dissatisfaction with a product - not to request a refund, just to express disappointment. I received a response within a very short time, with specific questions and responses and before I knew it a replacement product was on the way! I did not expect this! I am amazed and impressed. Got answer that very day I’ve reached out to support service. I was offered two options and I could choose either one. Got my refund in two days, no issues. Thanks to support team, it’s cool to know you can rely on brand.

I purchased the new ABH brow freeze and it holds all your stubborn hairs in place. It’s a must buy. Gives you the laminated brow look.
I also purchased a dip brow pomade and was not delivered because it was not added to my package by mistake. I sent an email to ABH customer service and they responded quickly and with no hesitation sent me the product. Well the product was lost by the carrier at their warehouse. I was told by the carrier to file a claim so their would be an investigation. I sent an email to ABH and without any hesitation I was offered my money back or to send out another product. ABH didn’t make me feel like I had to wait for a decision of what happened to my package. They resolved the issue right away and let me say this has happened to be before with other retail stores.
It is hard to find a company that prides themselves on customer service and I have to say ABH has one of the best customer service. They truly care about the customer. This is what keeps me a loyal customer.
