My only small observation is that previous dealerships I’ve used cleaned the car before returning it, which wasn’t done here despite being a main dealer.

Horrible experience dealing with this place! My mg5 just completely shut down one day. Managed to book in and get it towed to them.
It took them about a month for them to actually diagnose what the issue was, and then any further 3 months for them to fix it!! Ridiculous!! So they had my car for a total of 4 months... issue should have been covered under warranty, but they said they could find no service history with them, so the warranty was void, and I would have to pay.
Was quoted about £1750, and had no choice but to agree. Was told that that would be the final price and would have to pay anymore.
Then about 2 months into them having the car, they added another cost of about £700 saying something else was wrong with it. I was annoyed and frustrated, but had no other choice to agree to the extra work. So we're close to £2500 now.
Then as we were getting close to the 4 month mark, I checked again (because they never updated me, I always had to contactthem for updates), and i could see that they tried to add more work with a cost of about £700 again!
I'd had enough by this point, and just wanted the car back, and declined the extra work. Miraculously they said OK come pick it up tomorrow.
When picking the car up, as I was leaving the forecourt, I went to was the windows and the back screen wash wasn't working! ( worked fine when I dropped it off)
I had to be somewhere, so could go straight back in to tell them. So I phoned , explained the situation and they booked me back in a few days later, Saying a tube must have been disconnected, it will be a quick fix.
When I took it back, instead of it being a quick fix, they kept the car for the whole day! Upon picking it up, they tried to charge me £92!! For something they had done! Absolute rip off!!
I now feel scammed by them, and they will try to add extra charges wherever they can.
I will never go back to them, and advise all to avoid too!!
