Good products great customer service E really appreciate it

Overall, I am highly satisfied with their underwear and swim wear! I love the accesories as well. Andrew Christian has superb products and I am a repeat customer.

However, there were some issues with communicating with customer service and getting a refund, which ended up getting resolved after some back and forth.

These guys are totally invasive. I tried to get them to unsubscribe me from their communications, but the crap keeps coming

I had an exchange with Andrew Christian and I was referred to a WhatsApp number to text. It's been 11 days and they still haven't read the message. I followed up with an email that also hasn't been responded to. The shirt was received but no information if I am getting the next size or what is happening. During this time period, I had exchanges with 2 other companies which were resolved and I received their new product right away. Still waiting for Andrew Christian to read my simple question...

Bought the skin jeans soft and makes you feel all warm.

Really happy with the items received recently, I really like the style and they fit perfectly as suggested by the sizing chart.

I've placed orders to the UK on a few occasions and they've been delivered in good time. I had a sizing issue on my first order but customer services were very helpful.

I made a purchase on the AC web site (order 1001481994) on November 27, 2022. According to their tracking info, the goods were shipped a few days later. They spent around 10 days as "exception" apparently waiting for the US custom clearance, and then were delayed due to the flight rescheduling (UPS). Goods reached Spain and cleared Spanish customs on December 19. Apparently first delivery attempt was on 28th of December and the second on the 29th. I was on holidays, out of the country. There are print screens available with all of these messages and phases of shipment. Since then - NOTHING (22 days). UPS Spain has no update and tells me that only SENDER can initiate search. I assume that if there were two delivery attempts that UPS Spain should know where the goods are. My email to AC customer support cs - at - andrewchristian.com has not been answered nor acknowledged. We are getting close to 2 months after the purchase and the goods are still to be seen. I paid for the most expensive shipping option they offered, and this is what I got. Shipping form California to Spain takes normally 5 to 7 days. Avoid AC for your good if you live outside of the US.

love the new underwear always a great fit and such great investment to my closet. theirs a reason I get my underwear from here. they look hot and feel amazing

It's been almost a month since I placed my order. Still waiting as of I'm writing this review. I've ordered stuff from the US to Canada and it only takes 3 days. AC is a huge disappointment, considering they add custom charges to their customers (other business never do this).

Appauling - charging for customs with the shipping option selected. Shipping option was changed by them so I had to pay customs myself. I was reassured the charge would be refunded but nobody is responding any more since December 23.

What’s more is that the customs charge they applied at check out is more than twice as much as it actually was.

Absolute rip off if not a fraud. Absolute poor form that there is no response any more whatsoever after a refund for the customs charges was assured by their customer service agent.

Also shocking to see that they reply to reviews here publicly while there is no response to emails sent to them.

Recommend staying away from this company.

Their underwear seems to look like it's better quality online and generally the color seems to be brighter. The first thing that came to my mind when I took it out of the package was the they seemed to be low quality. I also think that they could design them better so it lifts things up and accentuates our features. This underwear is more for appearance in front of others than for functionality and comfort, I got a bad midpoint and didn't really achieve either.

I am absolutely disappointed in Andrew Christian and will not be ordering from them ever again. I’ve emailed customer service numerous times, and they have not compensated me nor shared with me any offer for the inconvenience they’ve caused. They just keep telling me this was the shipping service I chose (making it sound like I chose this garbage service) Your shipping service absolutely sucks. I never been so confused and baffled. I’ve been given 3 different websites to track my package, all giving me different information. iParcel, UPS and now Canada Post. As I write this review, a Christmas gift never came, and it has been now a solid month since I ordered. I ordered and was charged right away to my bank account, on November 30th, 2022. Talk about shady. Then Customer Service tells me they only got my order on December 7th. I want to know exactly where my package is. Otherwise I want my money back. Christmas season is a busy time of year but this kind of worldwide shipping is unacceptable! Just absolutely not worth it.

I did purchase on dec 6, still waiting for my order. I Hope I will receive it for Christmas. It is supposed to be a gift.

I placed an order at the end of Nov and it took them a month to get it to me. For a number of days, the package was effectively lost and did not have a delivery date. I have since received my order.
Prior to delivery when the date was unknown on any of the 3 tracking sites provided, I reached out to AC via WhatsApp as it is an option on their website. The messages I sent have not yet been read in the 2+ weeks since, nor have they been online, according to WhatsApp.
I was only able to get in contact with AC after I placed a bad review here. Even then they told me everything was "fine" and asked me to change my review after delivery; that is this.
I'm not sure why they offer support via WhatsApps when it is clearly not monitored; they haven't been online since Dec 21 - it is now Jan 3.

What you guys sent was perfect in style and comfort and made me feel sexy in them.

These are my 1st AC underwear and I love the fit as well as the feel of the quality materials uses to make them. Looking forward to Underwear Nights so I can show them off.

The “show it” type of underwear literally tries to saw your manhood off. Don’t get the pack underwear either because it’s abysmal in quality. Etsy would do better. The almost naked is pretty good but the seems can sometimes be stitched badly causing a clump of fabric that digs into your skin. The best option to try is the bamboo almost naked brief and the cool flex modal show it brief but be warned cut out the “lifting pouch” or it will destroy your balls. Their cotton underwear is good too but as for the polyamide whatever it is makes you sweat like crazy. Cool prints but not cool to wear. O and here’s the worst part…. Never NEVER NEVER wear their underwear before you wash them! There is a chemical on them that will give you a nasty rash right where you don’t want it. And lastly they use UPS to ship and they absolutely suck it’s been 3 weeks since I placed my last order and it hasn’t even left the distribution warehouse yet but ya I’m used to 6-8 week waits with these guys…smh. I’ll upload a picture of previous purchases since I haven’t received this one.

Excellent quality products. Perfect customer service, I had a problem with customs and they offered me support and solved my problem. Fast shipping considering it comes from the USA
