enough is enough
I have actually signed up for many kits and have put up with a lot of inconsisincies (incorrect pamphlets/instructions), wrong orders, and delays in orders. I just noticed that I was charged 29.99 for a holiday kit club that is actually on clearance for 15,99 and to top it off it states that it is normally 22.99 so not sure why I was charged 29.99. I reached out to them twice via their website and received no replies.

I was able to purchase all 12 kits for the new afghan Rosewood. Unfortunately all I received was a box full of yarn and nothing else. I emailed to try and get the instructions for each block. A couple of days later they replied with go online and use the videos. Well I'm sorry I can't use a laptop everytime I want to crochet a block. Why can't you send the instructions? You would if it was a monthly kit. Pretty stupid to just assume I can jump online anytime I want to work on the afghan. This was my 4th kit but believe me it will be my last. Things were much better before their changeover.

This is a company with some pretty bad issues.
Giving them 2 stars due to their stand alone virtual patterns and the creative studio. No issues with those, just wish they were honest with their clubs.

Cons:
Way overpriced. Way way way overpriced, $27.xx for 3 little skeins of acrylic yarn and a leaflet and online video. No option to buy it all at once and save on the $7 per kit shipping.
They migrated websites this summer. Sent me a kit without charging it, then started sending invoices for that kit, but no option to pay online - phone or mail only. I didn't do that, and they finally stopped hassling me.
I had to email to get access to a couple videos, and had to start a complicated stitch without being able to view the video for it in time.
The straw that's broken the camel's back and made me write this review is they started sending - and billing - the shipments just 2 or 3 weeks apart. 3 in a row. I had requested to skip a monthly shipment, and instead they sent one after just 2 weeks! I was emailing customer service about it today, and they basically have no help to offer and seem to be unaware of the problem.
Gee-whiz-DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Gee-whiz, I wished I had read these reviews before purchasing a 12 month long kit for crocheting!! I'm new to this craft and it took me a bit to catch on and just as I was getting the hang of it, I haven't gotten a kit since JULY and it's NOVEMBER!!! I've emailed twice (today was my second) and received a 'canned' response about back logs....blah, blah, blah! I'd prefer to get all 12 months worth of kits at once instead of a half-made afghan. I bought Christmas colors and started a second afghan which is now on hold. Two unfinished afghans and NOTHING!! Severely disappointed. To my knowledge, I can't even find the yarn online and even if I did, I don't have the pattern!!

Annie’s kit club used to be a great company. But since they switched to Annie’s attic, they are deplorable. They will charge you for a kit and not send it or send it but then not respond to your emails when you don’t receive it. Their customer service is absolutely awful. Don’t waste your money
I’m so frustrated with this company
I’m so frustrated with this company. I began just before their website migration. I received the first two shipments, then a two month gap then two in a row, and now they’re saying my next shipment is due in December. That’s six months between shipments they’re blaming it on a yarn shortage, but that doesn’t seem to stop them from selling the same kit on their website to other unsuspecting customers. They’ve forwarded me the video pattern for the next shipment and I think I have enough yarn for that, but six months between shipments that are supposed to come monthly is ridiculous.
Refused to send yarn to complete project
They state to provide enough yarn to finish your project and then refused to send yarn when I completed the project as instructed. Awful customer service and cheap yarn. Do Not Recommend.
I'd rate this company a negative 10 if I could
I was thrilled to begin a crochet project from Annie’s Kit Club, but my excitement quickly turned into frustration. Shortly after I started, the company changed ownership and shifted to an online-only customer service system that’s essentially unhelpful. Every attempt to get answers is met with the same generic, copy-and-paste email responses that resolve nothing. It’s been months since I’ve received any shipments, despite repeated inquiries. I’ve already invested over $150 into this project, yet I can’t even finish it because the materials have stopped coming. The lack of communication and support is incredibly disappointing. I will never purchase from Annie’s again.
Abysmal Customer Service
Since the Annies Attic acquisition and new software implementation service has been abysmal. Completely stopped receiving kits mid-project and no response from customer service after repeated attempts. Do NOT purchase their products unless you want a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Horrible navigation. Filters do not filter. Impossible to shop this site, it's like a flea market in a wind storm.
Customer Service Non-Existent
Customer Service Non-Existent - I am on my 2nd kit club. The first one I did have some delivery issues, but customer service responded quickly and took care of it. With my most recent one, I received 4 of the 10 kits with the last one being 4 months ago. I have reached out multiple times to try to get my remaining kits with zero response. Basically, I spent way too much for 4 packages of yarn! Will be going to BBB to attempt to resolve and hopefully get a refund for those I have received.

Would give negative star if possible. I bought the striped afghan kit with 12 installments, got a duplicate of installment 2 instead of installment 4 and have been trying with customer service for 2+ months about that with no resolution and extremely spotty / nonexistent response from customer service. Now also just received a cancellation for the next installment stating ‘out of inventory’ and i ‘can contact them later’ about it. At 29.99 per installment for 12 installments in the afghan, this has now been a total waste because i’m missing installment 4. Avoid like the plague.
I think they went under
Ive been halfway done with a blanket for months. They keep charging me for the kits but never send them now. Customer service never responds. Its been MONTHS. I am going to dispute with my credit card company next week. As far as I can tell they are just a ghost company at this point.

If I could give a negative star, I certainly would. I have never experienced such horrific customer service. They send automatic responses to any email, even if the response has nothing to do with the email you send. There is no phone number to call, and I finally left a message on Facebook to get someone to help me. They sent me the wrong thing last month, and I was finally credited for that. Now it's time for this month, and I still haven't received last month's correct kit.
It's a shame their customer service is such a nightmare because they have a good product. I don't understand how anybody can run a company this way, and I'll never buy from them again nor would I recommend this company to anyone. At this point I just want whatever I need to finish this afghan.

Can I give it less than 1? I paused my subscription and still got boxes. I canceled my subscription and still got notices that my CC was no longer available. I wrote 3 emails - the last one pretty exasperated - and got only a response that someone would be contacting me - 4 weeks ago. Only buy this it you plan to keep paying forever.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I purchased a kit and received my first installment in April. Nothing was sent after that until today 7/14 and it’s the wrong installment. I never received kit two. I’ve tried unsuccessfully to contact them on many occasions and receive a computer generated email back explaining that they are updating their website. Customer service is so bad. At this rate it’s going to take two years to receive 12 monthly kits. I would not order from them again!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star! Since Annies kit club merged with Annies Attic. I was actually falling i lobe with this company till than! The customer service is horrible. The kept ok double charging my act and sending me the wrong product. Yes, finally after several month they got my orders on track. I recently ordered a kit for $175.00 they sent me all white yarn and they are doing NOTHING to fix the issue. They asked for a picture of what was sent and I sent several pictures to them right away, and I have not heard from them again! They won't even respond to the many emails I sent regarding the issue. Its trully a shame!
BEWARE
I have one kit left on a blanket and I can’t get it. I have been trying to get it for months. I bought another kit and they yarn was not the quality I wanted for the price I paid. I sent it back a while ago and still haven’t gotten a refund. BEWARE!
