WOW!!
WOW!!! AP valves never cease to amaze me their customer service has always been excellent I sent my AP Trident jacket for repair as I managed to puncture the bladder and wreck the zipper a few days ago, I got through on the generic number and asked to be transferred to the service department, the lady asked if she could help, I thought I don't think so, but I humoured her anyway, so I said I have sent an AP Trident jacket in for repair, no other details, and she said is that the one that needs the pocket stitched as well, even a computer or A.I would have taken a few milliseconds to calculate the answer, or it would have taken a few seconds to read off a screen but this lady was instant I asked her how she had done it, she said she only had two tridents sent back and she knew the other one had gone back but even so that is amazing, I've always stuck with companies that give good customer service expecially of critical stuff like diving equipment even though I have backup kit just incase I have an emergency dive I need to do.
