I engaged with Apex Visas and its owner, Maninder, with high hopes for securing a job offer and immigration assistance. However, my experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.

Despite paying a substantial sum, I received no tangible results or progress towards my job offer or immigration process. Over the past two years, I've been tirelessly chasing them for a refund, only to be met with empty promises and excuses.

What's more disheartening is that when they finally agreed to initiate the refund process, they began deducting arbitrary amounts, further adding to my frustration and financial loss.

Apex Visas and Maninder have failed to deliver on their promises and obligations, leaving me in a state of uncertainty and financial strain. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable.

I caution anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other reputable options. My experience serves as a warning of the risks involved in dealing with Apex Visas and Maninder.

Request not to fall in trap of APEX consultants, as its a Fraud company. They take payment but don't provide the services as promised. Their response will be very bad post payment is done

Shubangi Verma from APEX Consultant took payment (for processing ECA and to help with IELTS) . But as per the agreement payment to be taken only post agreement is reviewed and signed. Also it was told to me there will be no additional expenses that I need pay
Karuna Kamble was assigned as my case manager, her response to any queries raised since beginning is been pathetic. For every query need follow up multiple times to get response. Plz note, before payment was made, i used to receive very quick response from APEX consultants
I was told by Karuna that transcripts needs to be sent from University directly for ECA process. This was never informed to me in the beginning by Shubangi, despite knowing the fact I stay in a different country than that where I was educated. They asked me to reach out to 3rd party to help in getting transcripts which was costing me approximately 25000 INR. Because of this and their pathetic response I requested to refund the amount paid. Both Karuna and Shubangi were passing ball to each other court reaching no conclusion on refund. They just informed me that my case is with legal team and they will get back. Despite multiple follow ups done on email to know the ETA on refund, there was no response. I did write to escalation email to APEX, but till date I haven't received response from anyone in escalation team. I doubt if anyone in APEX Consultants team bother to check emails received on escalation email id
I found contact number to lodge complaints (+918055804150), when I called on this number I received an email on 16th OCt'23 from legal team saying they are looking into my case and will get back. To know the ETA have followed multiple times with legal team but no response till date...
I have wrote to multiple other people in the APEX Consultants team.. but no response received till date on ETA to receive the refund
I have tried to reach on complaints numbers again, but only false promise will be made stating call will be arranged but none have called me
