I was very pleased with the service I received from Rob at Apollo Blinds. When he came to measure for a quote he gave me good advice about what style and colour of blind to use in each room. When fitting the blinds he did this with great care, paying real attention to detail. I am thrilled with my new blinds.

Have had new blinds and repairs from Apollo.

Grant has done three jobs for us now, putting up blinds, curtains, and an electric awning and has always done a fabulous job. Exceptional. Not much else to say, other than the fact Stuart arrived on time, installed and set-up four electrically operated blinds and departed in 2 hours. Magic!

It has been a pleasure dealing with Alan from Apollo Blinds. From the initial consultation through to the fitting of the blinds ( which incidentally are fantastic), Alan has been very helpful and informative. Would gladly recommend Apollo Blinds to anyone thinking of purchasing blinds or curtains in the future.

Organised for this company to come around today between 1 and 3. Had an emotional appointment before booked 12 while 1. I was contacted at 12 by Apollo blinds to ask could they visit my reply no I have an appointment at 12. At 1pm Apollo blinds arrived at my home. My husband asked him to come back in 5 mins. However he left. When contacting Apollo blinds I was told ‘we don’t work like that and it is upsetting when we are told to come back in 5 minutes’ On that basis poor service if they can’t wait 5 minutes!

Matthew was very good at putting us at ease when visited our busy office. Plenty of choice in blinds good costs and helpful in guiding us to best solution for our premises. On fitting very good at working at our premises whilst staff going about daily work ,very clean and tidy and nothing was any trouble at all.
Would recommend his company to other local business no problem.

This is a family run business that is based on amazing communication and service . They know their stuff and are so helpful in choosing the right thing for you. The fitter (sorry I forgot his name) went above and beyond - he actually hand painted brackets for me . 5 star plus

Really explain the blinds with no pushy sales. He provided a really clear quote and left us to think about it without rushing us. The blinds were fitted by Rob and there was no mess, worked around our schedule. We love the blinds, amazing product and fantastic after sales. Would recommend this company to friends and family without hesitation.

My blinds were fine and I was initially pleased with them. I contacted Grant as the door blind that was fitted to the door was slightly wonky. Sent him a photo and he agreed they needed adjustment. Arranged appt. On day he phoned me and told me he had arrived at an address which appeared not to be mine. Made another appt. On that day he phoned to say something happened and he needed to take children to school and would be an hour late. He phoned 1.5 hrs later to tell me he was at an address which appeared not to be mine and he seemed very confused. I was concerned at this point as he told me he didn't actually know where to be. I confirmed my address and made the 3rd appt for the following week. He never turned up and didn't phone. I still have a wonky blind (fitted Nov). Appalling after service from Grant from Derby. Had arranged to have front of house done after Christmas but he will definitely not get my custom. No recommendations from me to anyone locally about Apollo Blinds. Wish I had gone with Hilarys. Two stars are because I liked my blinds nothing to do with fitting.

EDIT....issue resolved after Manager stepped in. Thank you. Grant returned and fixed blind. Polite but not particularly chatty. I will add one more star as they resolved. Grant said he agreed with my review above but he was definitely not a liar as I apparently called him. Not once did that word appear in my review above. I will still say nice blinds though and happy with them now.

This is the second time we have used Apollo Blinds. First-class service from start to finish. We had blinds made for the home and the Summer House. Good quality, very well made - worth every penny. Mike did a brilliant job, definitely worth 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone.
