Appliance Superstore Reviews 

After reading some of the reviews on TrustPilot, I was skeptical about ordering from this company; their advertised prices were the best I had seen but I still needed convincing. I did some research including a company search and credit check, then called them up for some advice. To my suprise, they were extremely helpful. I'd been slightly unsure which type of built-in coffee machine to buy (capsule or bean-to-cup), after talking to Les, I went for the latter. The Appliance Superstore is a family business with a showroom, they are an official Miele UK distributor which means your appliance comes with a UK warranty. I purchased three Miele appliances (coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer) that were delivered by their own transport and on time. I could not fault them. So if you want the best appliances at the best prices from the High Street, look no further.

Avoid fake site. Google should remove them from searches.

Buyer beware! They just want your money but have no interest in helping you avoid pitfalls, such as buying something that won't work in your home. They've sold an LPG hob to a young family who know nothing about hobs. They had no idea it wouldn't work with natural gas and it wasn't until they turned it on that they realised they had a very expensive dud. Appliance Superstore refused to take it back. Instead offered a conversion kit which is not applicable and put the phone down rather than help. I see they have practically all 5star reviews on their own website. Difficult to believe they don't delete the bad reviews.

It was fine until they delivered the new appliances (£2,200 of them) and dragged the old fridge on the oak floor and scrached it badly. Now I see the scraches everyday and it's the worse feeling. I will always hate those people. I complained and the guy hung up on me, then would not take my calls. I hate them with a passion. Total animals.
