We've had a great experience with Ezgi at April Properties. Ezgi has been so helpful from start to finish. This was our first time buying a house and she made the whole process feel less overwhelming and intimidating. She was always on hand and very quick to respond to us in a warm, friendly and transparent way. It's made getting our first home together all the more special. Would definitely recommend and work with April Properties again.

Great experience overall. Contacted April Properties from overseas. Communication was fast and clear right from the beginning. Ezgi and Edward were very responsive to any questions we had. Got an excellent video tour, showing everything we needed to see. After moving in, we also received very helpful advice on setting up our utilities, as this was new to us coming from overseas.

This is my first time using agency services for renting property. As I heard from familiars it usually goes slowly with preparing documents, ect, but with April Properties was really fast. The agent promised me a day as per my request for moving but let me know that it might not happen that fast, so I was prepared for any expected changes. She proceeded my application really fast and well after I sent her all needed documents and she was nice and explained everything I asked her. I highly recommend this agency services.

We've truly had a great experience with April Properties. My flatmates and I moved into a flat in Homerton one month ago, and even during the pandemic, our agent Ezgi has been super efficient in getting us the help we need when we've had minor maintenance issues. I'm always a bit sceptical of agencies and landlords as I've had experiences in the past where they've tried to take advantage of us as young tenants with limited renting experience. As a result of this, prior to moving into our flat managed by April properties, I had MANY questions to ask, which were probably tedious, but Ezgi sympathised, was patient, and thoroughly answered our questions.
There's a reason this agency has such good reviews! We're super happy with our place and our experience.
