ArcataPet.com Reviews

I was having a hard time locating a particular item for my post op Vizsla and was led to Arcata. Not only were prices competitive, it was on my doorstep in record time. I appreciate you all!

I ordered several bags of bird seed. The owner was very helpful and had my order ready within the hour. I received my shipment within three days to northern Idaho...the week of Christmas! I will definitely be ordering more from this business in the future.

I had questions on some nipples I bought for my kitten, I sent them an email and I got a response back right away, excellent communication and very helpful.

I have had a German Shorthaired Pointer keychain for many years. After our family dog passed a few years ago, my now adult daughters have been eyeing it! As a Chritmas gift for them, I was happy to find the identical keychain on your website. The quality and appearance are great, and the girls were touched by the nice surprise. Thank you!

Ordering from the website was easy, delivery was prompt, and the product is exactly as expected.

Easy ordering and prompt delivery. Very satisfied with my purchase.

There was a particular variety of cat collar I was looking for, but none of the local shops I visited had that one. Arcata Pet did, though! I ordered it, it arrived, no drama. Thank you! =^..^=

I was running out of food for my lorikeet. I could not find his food anywhere in our local petshops. I ordered online from arcatapet.com. My order was delivered on time as promised. Prompt service.

No.1 hobby petshop thank u

Fast and easy!

I can't be happier! I have been a foster for kittens for a number of seasons, and the bottles last but the nipples do not. Arcata had the nipples alone for a reasonable price and shipped them in a timely fashion. I'm extremely pleased with my transaction!

I ordered a special toy for my 10 year old dog. This company was so personal, polite, timely and accommodating! Excellent customer service!

All my Cocker Spaniels --over 25 years--will only play with one type of ball--Penn Plax Rubber sport balls. Can't find locally so order 6 at a time from Arcata Pet in CA. They have exactly the colors and price and ship them asap. Great service. So happy to find these.

Apparently I has put my credit card info in incorrectly, and while I was lead to believe the transaction went through, customer service emailed me the next day to let me know there was a problem. I'm glad they did, as I was needing my order in a rush for a sick chicken. I received the order in two days, treated my chicken, and she is doing just fine now!

I accidentally ordered two items and completed the transaction before realizing my error. I sent an email a few minutes after the order to request a cancellation of the duplicate item and Chris Kellawan the Sales Manager updated my order same day! Excellent Service.

I love the products and price. Everything was much better than the pictures. I will order again.

I was very impressed with their speedy service and the great quality of the product. Will definitely go to them first when I need something else for my dog.
