Seamless process to procure nice eyeglasses. The quality is top notch. I'm most impressed.

Archibald Optics provided me with my first pair of prescription glasses and I couldn't be more satisfied. The ability to try different frames at home and the ordering process once I received my prescription made things very easy and at my own speed. The quality of the glasses is fantastic. I have spent more money on sunglasses that were nowhere near the quality of what Archibald Optics offers.
I will definitely purchase my next pair from Archibald Optics, or maybe even a second pair sooner than that.

OK, so these glasses were for my husband. Had some questions when it came to his Rx. Communicated with the online customer support. They were spot on! Everything was handled beautifully. Great company!

Really helpful people from end to end. It's so easy to do with the Try-at-Home pairs - I'd been avoiding sorting out my glasses for a long time, due to lack of time to get to an opticians! - this was easy and very efficient, with friendly staff there to answer all the questions I had. A fantastic service that alleviates the pressure of trying and buying glasses in a physical store. The home try-on option is very quick and allowed me to get feedback from friends and family about the frames best suited to me. I would be happy to recommend AO to others - based on their strong focus on customer service and great product quality.

This was the firs time I had ordered on line, in fact the optician that I have my eyes tested with told me it would be a mistake due to my prescription.

What nonsense. I tried on a pair at home, easily inputed my prescription and also followed th slink that was given to measure my eyes.

The e mails I received were friendly and prompt and kept me unto date with my order. They arrived within the stated time and were perfect. They were at least half the price I normally pay. I WILL be buying again.

Not only do they have great designs but the quality of the product is extremely high. Dealing with he customer service is unusually fun with them acting in a flexible and friendly manner. I can only expect that this company will go from strength to strength.

Great easy to use website, clear layout, follow up email and call by a UK based human reiterating the online procedure. Quality item surprisingly not held up in customs. Very pleased and will probably order again

Got a home trial kit, shipped quickly, easy no nonsense returns (prepaid). Glasses themselves are great quality, with some interesting designs. A little pricier than some, but I would say thats reflected in the quality of the product (feels robust), not money to have a brand name stamped on the side.

Firstly I was extremely happy with the try at home kit which was one of the main reasons why I went with Archibald Optics in the first place, and I did liaise with one of your team who kept me updated regularly on the whereabouts of my glasses.

Secondly I'm a bit of a sucker for some good packaging as I work in the Print and Design industry so when I received the box I was pretty chuffed with it!

Thirdly and most importantly the frames fit perfect and I will be buying some more from you guys as soon as payday comes around!

Great glasses at a good price. Had them a month or two now and they seem sturdy and a good fit. Lovely design for the price.

The only issue I have is with the delivery time and process. My three try-on pairs were delayed. I got those, returned them and chose the ones I wanted. Then the order was delayed. In all, it took about 4 weeks to get the glasses when my expectation had been a week to ten days.

Overall I'm happy though since the product is good and competitively priced.
