We are relagation material, change the manager change the scouts change the football director,been a supporter 43 years an it’s the worst team we’ve ever had an it’s only the first game

Called up to resolve an issue and member is staff asked me sarcastically what do you want me to do about it....I then called up today peak to someone else who could not help...then I was told to email and they replied back saying they had resolved it when they hadn’t ...all this messing around cause the product I wanted to go out of stock...what a waste of time....I was meant to have a discount applied at the checkout and it wouldn’t work so I was trying to to it resolved ....such a simple issue but no one could and can still not solve it....what’s the point 🤬

Horrible site, horrible service.
Always had log in problems, once logged in difficult to navigate past all of the adverts trying to sell extortionate products.
In regards to the membership this year, it was hard to afford it after the year that everyone had to deal with, even with the "discount." I decided to join in time for the pre season and was told I was too late to get a pass to watch the pre season games and would have to pay for it. So I paid for a years membership last year and got nothing from it and now again I get nothing from the pre season. Its a bit shambolic. Allow yourself time to navigate this site!!

I asked for a letter to be sent to a sick child who has had a spinal tumour removed and is a life long fan. This wasn2 months ago and they have failed to do this. A utter disgrace

Avoid and go direct to sponsor
Zero communication. Will not even acknowledge emails

Parcel was on 24 hours and now 2 weeks overdue yet nobody takes any responsibility or frankly any interest.

My advice is to avoid Arsenal Direct completely.

Will now have to attempt refund through card payment.

Abolutely Useless. Ordered an item for Arsenal and DPD to have no idea where it went, Even after a week still no idea. Arsenal said it had been returned to them and over 2 weeks later still no refund. I ordered for the second time only for it to be ready for shipping for over a week but never sent. Finally after zero updates unless you call several times to speak to a moron, I was assured it was being sent out that day over a week later. the next day I get a simple email saying my order was cancelled. Plus i'm still waiting for for my original refund. Incompetent staff that just seem to like having a laugh thinking there in control. Utterly useless cowboys

The Arsenal Direct Online Store is run about as well as the football club atm.

I've ordered items over a week ago now - safe to assume you order items 14 days before, they'd arrive by Christmas, right? Well not with Arsenal Direct. 3 'working' days left to the 25th, and my order hasn't inched past "processing" still.

Especially wound up, as they state 3-5 working days delivery on the website.

I should have ordered direct from the kit sponsor!

THANK YOU TO ARSENAL AND THE SURPRISE YOU RUINED!! Ordered a Vintage long sleeved top and other bits. I wrote very clearly, that it was a gift. The postman knocked and handed the parcel to my partner. In bright red Arsenal bag!!! I saved for ages, for these gifts and you have completely ruined it for my partner. Upset is not the word!!!!

Perhaps a plain parcel at Christmas. Surprise was ruined with Arsenal splashed all over the bag. Quality of merchandise is fab though so you are forgiven ( and that's generous as I support Spurs).

Easily the worst run club in top flight europe. Everyone knows there business but to cheap to get it over the line. Stuck with dud players noone wants yet sell or loan out our best players. If you make decisions quit. Kroenkes suck we will never forget your names trash. Kroenke = cheap steal money from afc to pay for 5 billion stadium. But cant make essential signings dont come to london you gonna hear it from us.

Went on a stadium tour and I was impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was. Took some really cool pics and will cherish the certificate forever.

The stadium tour was very different because of the virus situation, but it did not make any difference in the enjoyment . It meant that I could take my time wandering about at my own leisure, taking photos and chatting to staff.
The staff were all very friendly and in particular I thought that Pete was a great person to chat with not just about the club, but about football as a whole topic.
After the tour, you are given a certificate, and the option to pay for a tour book, which is personalised ,which has your photo with the FA cup etc, very good value indeed.
For me the tour was better than before when I was part of a group tour, for the simple reason you take your time and no one hurries you on.

Have been using the club shop as now offered a 10% discount as season ticket holder so prefer to support club shop. Had 4 orders in past month and all have been great. using DPD is a big boost in terms of delivery.

I ordered a new kit for my son with his name on the back and when it arrived the names was off centre on top the number. The package came with a card that said that if you are unhappy with you purchase for any reason do not hesitate to contact them. When I contacted them they basically agreed with me and then told me that any replacement would look the exact same so they weren’t going to offer me a new one. For the price that you pay these days for a kit you’d expect it to be perfect. It wasn’t. I’ll never order from the club directly again. You can get a better printed fake kit. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Shambolic customer service. £5 delivery which they state within 5 days. In today’s world 5 days is way more than average, charging delivery while charging the customer premium prices is also taking advantage. Purchased direct to support direct rather than third party. Wanted the delivery to arrive pre game (6 days ordered prior) arrived day 8. Do not bother go direct to Adidas.
