We bought our Hawaii hot tub from the Doncaster branch several years ago. All I can say is that the whole process was straightforward and easy, with fabulous service and understanding of what we wanted. Since then we have had nothing but consistently good service when we go to buy the treatment products. The hot tub is brilliant and when we had one issue, the service we received was prompt, efficient and the engineer was very knowledgeable, solving the problem quickly and efficiently. Whenever we go into the branch we are greeted and made to feel welcome. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Very efficient service ,a reliable company with good after care

These guys are superb to deal with, they made the buying/selection process very easy by helping us choose the Spa that's right for us from their extensive range. We bought an Island Spa (Antigua) which we love and use almost every day.

The install was smoothly managed by Artesian and as a relative 'newbie' at the time they were incredibly supportive answering my many questions about operation, treatment, filtration and good spa management.

Need a Hot Tub or Spa, look no further than Artesian !

My experience with Artisian Spa’s has been extremely disappointing. I bought a pre-owned 5-month-old Artisian hot tub through one of their authorised dealers, Hot Tub Haven, who advised me the manufacturer’s warranty would transfer only if I used their recommended installer/mover, Hot Tub Medic. This led to me paying around £800 for the move instead of £300 quoted by other companies.

The installation by Hot Tub Medic was sub-standard; the wrong cable caused the plug to overheat and catch fire, requiring a £200 electrician fix. A few years later, cracks appeared around the headrest fittings, still within the period I believed I was under warranty. When I contacted Artisian Spa’s for support, I was told that warranty was not transferable and authorised dealers were independent, and despite being given incorrect warranty advice, the dealer would not be held accountable. I was left with no warranty and no help from the manufacturer.

Based on the misleading information from their authorised dealer, the unsafe installation, and the lack of support from Artisian Spa’s, I cannot recommend their products or services.

All went smoothly and pleasant people. The Spa is great.

When we called at Artesian, on the recommendation of a friend, we had an idea of what we thought we wanted having visited several other companies. Sean spoke to us and consequently we revisited our thoughts. Still a little confused Sean arranged for us to call back when the store was closed and actually try out the hot tub. This was something that no other company offered and we were impressed. The "wet test" was all set up for us and the tub had screens around it for our privacy. Having been instructed in all the operations we were left alone for 30 mins to enjoy the experience. This excellent service convinced us that Artesian was a really professional company and we decided to buy from them
On a longer term basis the back up service is also excellent. Any questions we had were quickly cleared up with a simple phone call.

Always welcoming and happy to answer all of my stupid questions. 6 months on and service has been great throughout.

We purchased our Dove Canyon back in 2005 from the Doncaster branch, I can't believe next year it will be 20 yrs old & it is still going strong. During all these years it's only had 2 issues & these were easily fixed by the team at Doncaster. When we moved house back in 2015 the hot tub came with us, this was moved again by the Doncaster team who have always been great to deal with. The hot tub lid has been replaced twice (these don't come cheap so best to have have some over cover so they don't get weathered as much). The head rests have been replaced once (the only annoying thing about these is that the Artesian plastic inserts always seem to pop out & won't stay in) hopefully over the years they will have improved this! The radio/CD player stopped working a couple of years ago but hey it did good over a 18 year period & our fault for not getting it fixed.
The joy the hot tub has brought to us & the family over the years has been second to none & also my big dog when one day he decided he was going to jump in!
When we purchased the hot tub all those years ago it was expensive to buy & you think 'will we actually get the use out of it after spending all that money?' well it's been one of the best things we've ever purchased & I'm so glad we made that decision to buy it.
If you look after your tub it will last you forever & bring you so much joy!
We are due to upsticks & move again but this time the tub will not be coming with us, we're leaving it for the new buyer to enjoy it but that doesn't mean to say I'm not already looking for a new one, the filter system on Artesian Spa tubs is the best you can get so I wouldn't have any other make.

Artesian Spas are an excellent Hot Tub, we re on our 2nd one having upgraded this year. Fantastic quality, unbelievable therapy experience and outstanding features. Highly recommended with the best warranties on the market.

When moving house I purchased an Artesian Spa from the previous owners. It was actually over 20 years old but in great order. Unfortunately though there was no manual and I somehow locked the control panel. I emailed the UK customer service department who checked and due to the age of the spa had no details on that model. Beth was particularly helpful and when I sent her the Serial number checked with the company in the USA. Within an hour or two she got back to me with the codes and details that I needed.
Service like this encourages customer loyalty. Hopefully my ‘vintage’ spa will give me lots of pleasure, but if/when I do need a new one I would definitely look at Arresian again!

I purchased an Antigua 52 Artesian Spa in September 2020 from North Spas based in Kingston Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne. I had been pleased with the actual working elements of my spa until now.

My hot tub cover handle has now come away, not something I would expect given it’s limited use! I was told by North Spas that the cover has a years warranty, which was incorrect.
Nonetheless, although the cover of the hot tub supplied by Artesian island Space comes with a 2 year warranty, I would say this is irrespective, as the company appear to deem a handle as wear and tear given its limited use.

The customer service and satisfaction is extremely poor. I will look to locate a spa that holds service in the same esteem as it’s quality of spa’s. Do not purchase an artesian if you want excellent customer service, as it falls far short of expectations given the price you pay!!

Hi, so we just received our Artesian Hot Tub this week after a very painful delay due to the pandemic restrictions and I must say it seems worth the wait. The sales and installation team from Walfins (Swindon) have been fantastic in keeping us informed and very neat and tidy installing everything. Steve took the time after to explain how everything works and how to use all the chemicals, even leaving us an idiot sheet on how and when to dose the water. I'm looking forward the many years enjoyment in the tub.

We couldn't be any more pleased with our spa!

The long wait for our Artesian spa due to the pandemic was well worth the wait. From ordering the spa at the Brigg Showroom right through to delivery and installation was hassle free and good communications at all times.
The tub itself is fantastic and I’m sure will provide many years of reliable use from what is a quality product.

What a fantastic company! I ordered my spa in the summer at the Brigg garden centre office. From the start a friendly professional service. When the pandemic caused a slight delay the company were great at keeping me informed and responded to all my enquiries quickly. The install team were also fantastic and professional. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service from the first enquiry through to installation and follow-up second fix. Cannot fault this company - they know their business and all advice received was sincere and customer focused (not trying to up-sell when not necessary).

We placed our order for our 6 seater hottub and due to personal circumstances we could not have it delivered on time the Doncaster shop staff were very helpful and offered to store it until we were ready free of charge.

The delivery and installation were done very quickly and we are very impressed with how straight forward everything went.
We are now all set up and we absolutely love it. We spend lots of time as a family, we are so pleased we made the purchase
