At this point I have only placed my order, but the order process was very straightforward. I did have a couple of questions prior to placing my order and received a prompt email answering my questions, so all good so far.

Asgard are a great company. Their products are very high quality. I now have three Asgards stores... and they are so well made.

I heard so many positives about this workshop and was so excited on delivery day, at a glance all looked okay, this is where it stopped. I purchased quite a few accessories/extras, this then identified my issues, the light gantry can not be fitted to my workshop due to faulty product or poorly assembled by the Asgard team. I’m unable to remove a few of the screws to amenable gantry installation, this is due to the screws being partly unaccessible. I have sent multiple photos to the customer care team who’s first response clearly identified lack of product knowledge from their part, the second response however really shows how unprofessional Asgard as a team really are, I was instructed use a tool that I don’t have and work out how to fix this myself without causing any damage. It for good measure they’d send me some screw for good measure. For me to gain access to the said screws would mean bending and damaging my workshop roof to enable me to do so or dismantle and rebuild this particular section, again without causing damage. This is one of the main reasons for me making this purchase to have the professionals assemble the workshop to prevent the issues I’m now facing.

The immediate response was good ,but I'm waiting for confirmation of my new shed door and delivery time .It's possible I haven't given Asgard fine to respond

I have previously bought 2 of their sheds and they are really good and hard wearing, 5 stars for the product. Only four stars because the lead time was really long this time and then that was pushed further out.

Availability of extras for the bike shed is great. Ease of ordering is also great.

Allowing for a blue light card reduction as well is brilliant to offer.

OK let me first say that I had a problem with the delivery drivers, the only reason I even mention this is to highlight just how good the Asgard customer service is. They resolved all issues very quickly, totally exceeding my expectations and were both professional and personal at the same time, without doubt the best service I have received in a long while.

Now to the garage itself, I love good engineering and I believe that is exactly what they offer, the building went together superbly well, it was of much higher grade steel than I expected and attention to detail of design was excellent. (who says British manufacturing is dead?).

Just a couple of ideas that you may wish to look into, and this by no means takes away anything from the product but I thought may help with future development:

Instead of posi drive screw heads go with Torx, it really would help in my opinion.The only other thing I would consider for the motorcycle storage products that you see is a solid piece of flooring in the centre of the building around 12 inches by 12 inches to accommodate the centre stand of a motorcycle, we often have to put it on the centre stand when maintaining it such as chain lubrication and tyre changes, this little addition would be of great benefit.

Anyway my little ideas aside, I would whole heartedly recommend Asgard motorcycle storage to any real biker.

The order process was easy, the price was excellent, the communication with the company ( via Kelly) was crystal clear & the construction crew were polite & very efficient! The actual garage is really well constructed & looks great.

I have had my motorcycle garage for almost a decade and it is still in excellent condition. This includes dismantling and re-assembly at a different property. The shed had a few minor scuffs and scrapes (from the dismantling), but I have just ordered some touch up paint to keep it in peak condition. Hopefully it will last at least another decade!!!! Great product and for me was well worth the investment to keep my pride in joy safe!
