Licensing support request.

Sent a early morning support request for apps I bought from Ashisoft a few years ago. The issue has been dealt promptly. Within an hour or so, the issue was resolved and both apps were back and running again.

I hadn't used the Print Directory for some time and had not realised that the activation was lost. Two days ago I needed to print a long directory, so I asked customer support of Ashisoft to send me a new activation code and in a moment I had their response with the activation code. A few moments later they sent a follow up email to make sure the activation was succesful. I appreciated the support.

Response is accurate and very fast. Quickest than any other i have seen. I have lost my license many times because i am a messy guy :(( but always got back my program up and working in few minutes :)). Thank you!

Duplicate File Finder has been a real time saver. I have been scanning slides for the past 10+ years, through a series of missteps on my part I ended up with copies of copies of slide scans. In some cases I scanned the same slide a couple of times. DFF was able to look through the multiple folders and identify the duplicates. (53323 files, 10453 duplicates found) It saved me a lot of time not having to do this work myself. And there were no questions as to the duplicates, the program did an excellent job!

I rebuilt my computers and inadvertently lost my activation rights. However, when I emailed customer support, I received a new activation key within a few hours. I am not accustomed to such immediate response to customer needs. These people are great and I will be buying more products from them.

I had an issue and emailed customer service. They promptly got back to me and solved my problem.

I found a very attentive and accommodating team on this site, polite, helpful, and quick to respond, which is becoming rare!
The duplicate search software lives up to expectations; it's flawless.

The Duplicate File Finder product is great and does exactly what I expected with an intuitive and easy interface. Additionally I have used their support twice and had a pleasant experience both times. One time I changed laptops and needed to move the registration across and reached out to their support team on their websites “Contact Us” section. They got back to me within a few days and gave me instructions and a new registration code which worked without issues. Previously I also had a problem on my old laptop where the registration key got lost on the system or was possibly reset somehow, so I reached out to support and also got great service and a quick resolution. I wanted to commend them from my experience and publicize the good experience I had with them both from a product and support perspective.

Duplicate File Finder - best one I've tried (vs. Nero, Auslogics, etc) with detailed settings on how it searches, as well as how it selects which duplicates to remove.

I needed to reinstall and the response this year was relatively quick.

At first it looked like a bust. Couldn't get anything to work, kept getting blockers-didn't know what to do. I certainly didn't expect the quick response I received! They worked with me back and forth until the issue was resolved. This product was well worth the money; it has saved me a RIDICULOUS amount of time and frustration. I highly recommend.

First, I have used a bunch of duplicate file finders and this the simplest and most effective and fastest. It makes it simple.

Second, I had an issue with my installation count blocking me from installing it on a different computer. I emailed and they got back to right away.

They don’t reply. They deactivated my account.

Update: 20-1-25: They re-activated my account, everything is fine now. That's nice.
I don't like the time for them to respond. It's too long.

AGAIN the license got scrambled--I changed the motherboard so I understand. BUT what I don't understand is that it takes FOREVER to get these people to re-set the activation on their servers.

Really Crappy Support.

This is a great program, but it forgets that it has been activated regularly and then rejects my activation key because it has already been used. Customer service always fixes the problem, but it takes at least a day and makes an otherwise great program really annoying.

I BOUGHT A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP! NOW, ONCE A WEEK, THEY DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT! I HAVE TO GO THROUGH HELL AND HIGH WATER TO GET MY ACCOUNT RE-ATIVATED! THIS HAS BEEN FOR THE LAST YEAR PLUS! NOW I WOULD NEVER EVER PURCHASE A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP! I WISH I COULD RATE BELOW A 1!

Beware this company charges in USD, with zero mention of this on website. Im in Australia and was charged $68 instead of $39 as advertised, with no notice, only after transaction went through. Customer service refusing a refund and also not acknowledging I cancelled auto renewal immediately. Very dishonest and misleading company. Reporting to ACCC in Australia for investigation. Avoid!

An absolute pleasure doing business with a company who's support is top class. After several rebuilds (microsoft problems) they helped me re-install their software several times.

customer service was late "showing up" but eventually came through; product is still excellent
