Funds withheld for near 2 years – no resolution, no timeline

Review:
I have had an extremely negative experience with Asianconnect.

My account has been under “review” for neae 2 years, and during this entire time my funds (approximately 14.000) have been inaccessible.

What makes this situation even worse is that I have fully completed all verification requirements requested by their team, including:

* Multiple video verification calls (Skype and WhatsApp)
* Submission of bank documents -- 2 bank
* Full personal identification documents ( id , driving l, passport, all bills el power, whater, ad literaly all)
* Receiving and responding to a physical verification letter with their Code from philipines them send
* Sending multiple selfies holding a paper with their company name and requested dates

Despite fulfilling everything they asked for, my account remains unresolved with no clear explanation, no justification, and no defined timeline.

Big things -- I am not dirthy player, fixer or something similar, there no any specific event problem, mostly my money is deposit.

I can use betting, obviosly just cant withdraw coz need to "verify indetity" wich them for some reason no whant. when i oppen their page my indetity was verified, wich fact is more weird -- latter rhem said need verifiy again and never end

Their support responses are generic and repetitive, stating that the case is still under review, but without any concrete progress or accountability

At this point, this is no longer a normal verification process — it feels like indefinite withholding of funds.

I am sharing this publicly to warn future clients. I am fully prepared to document and publish this entire case, including all communications and evidence, my name , if this situation is not resolved.

I have my name, adress, job, bank acc, family, 46 year, and nothing from this mean to them to verify account

I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this company!!!

Attention ⚠️ ! Ce sont des voleurs ! Ne tombez pas dans le piège et ne vous fiez pas aux faux avis positifs ou c'est articles commandés par eux qui font leur promotion.
Déjà, dès votre inscription ils vous demanderont de faire un premier dépôt pour compléter la vérification de votre compte (ce qui est insensé d'ailleurs). Puis une fois cette vérification automatique complète, ils vous feront savoir que ça ne suffit pas et vous demanderont des documents interminables pour prouver votre pays de résidence. La preuve de leur mauvaise fois est que ce n'est une liste de documents, mais ils vous demanderont un nouveau document à chaque fois que vous leur fournirez le précédent. En fait ils cherchent à arriver à un document dont vous ne disposez pas en ce moment (par exemple un truc banal comme un permis de conduire ou n'importe quel autre document). Et malgré toutes les preuves que vous aurez fourni (pièce d'identité avec adresse, factures etc.), ils diront qu'ils ne peuvent pas valider le compte car il manque un document (alors que selon eux le but est de simplement s'assurer du pays de résidence). Et donc l'argent que tu as déposé, tu n'as pas le droit de le récupérer (même sans gains).
D'ailleurs ne leurs fournissez aucun document (ils les utiliseront pour d'autres fraudes), juste FUYEZ !!! ainsi que tous les brooks de leur genre.

I have been using AC for around 4 years now. Have been meaning to do a review for a while. I use VPN and BTC to fund my account.

J’ai déposé 500€ sur Asianconnect et gagné 2200€.
En fait, c’était OrbitX (l’exchange lié à Betfair) qui ne voulait pas payer.
Le retrait a été un gros combat : plus de 50 messages au support, posts sur leurs réseaux sociaux, contact avec mon parrain (qui a beaucoup de poids) et même une vidéo YouTube pour dire qu’ils ne me payaient pas.

Deux jours après toute cette pression, j’ai été payé, donc je mets 4 étoiles.
Par contre, ils ont fermé mon compte juste après en disant que j’avais enfreint leurs règles…Un classique : si tu perds, pas de souci, mais si tu gagnes tu dégage.

I’m sharing this to warn others.

I have €63,000 stuck with AsianConnect for over 8 months. I’ve been told my case is a “priority”, yet I still haven’t received a single cent. What’s worse:
• They already charged me commission
• They still let me use the account, meaning they are actively using my funds
• I’ve contacted them dozens of times, always receiving generic responses like “your case is under review” or “we’re escalating it”
• I filed a complaint to the regulator, but no action has been taken so far

This is clearly beyond delay – it’s financial abuse.

I’ve been more than patient. I’m now taking this public, and will escalate further legally if needed. If you are considering using AsianConnect or any service under them – be extremely careful.

I’m happy to provide proof to any serious authority, media or legal counsel.

Concernant une demande de changement d'adresse mail :
Je ne peux répondre aux questions posées car je ne me suis pas connectée depuis environ 10 an.
Mon ancienne adresse mail n'existe plus je ne peux pas retrouver l'historique de mes transactions.
J'ai demandé une vérification d'identité par photo de la carte d'identité avec le visage.
Si cette procédure de vérification se fait sur de nombreux sites identiques Asian connect il ne la font pas.
À ce stade je me pose des questions sur les motivations qui dépassent la vérification.
Tout ceci est absolument arbitraire.
Moi je n'ai pas confiance en un site qui a un tel fonctionnement.

Processus de vérification interminable. Vous envoyez des documents parfaitement lisibles, ils les refusent.

Sans cette vérification, impossible de retirer les gains.

Le support est une IA (ou alors des humains décérébrés).

Une vraie galère. A fuir !

Someone enter in my account and I think was one of their employees...
After I made a deposit at night, after 3-4 hours someone placed nonsense bets only to pass the funds on another account

hello Guys, i finally complete the KYC verify procces. i will tell you first my experience with asianconnect. i open an AC account 2 months ago for the first time and i deposit a small amount , after verifed i deposit around 5k and start betting in orbitxch and PIWIexchange, later i decided to withdraw the money because they have small limits , like 2k euro exposure limit, for me was to low . i told them to raise the exposure limits from both piwi or orbitxchange but that was not possible.after i rollover the money a few times the amount left was the same again like 5k . when i was ready to withdraw i saw that my account was not verify and they will email me to request other documents. After this the nightmare begins... i have exchange like 50 emails from 28 december to 29 janaury . they requested to me all the type of documents like : ID card, Driving license,passport, Bank statment with all the details in it include adress IBAN ,bank Logo and Stamp in it, than Utility bill. than again selfie with current date and my sign in it, than selfie again at my house door to verify my adress , than selfie again to my buliding whith the sign of my house adress in it, then i add my house in google maps because they cant find it on maps. After i complete all this requests they videocall me in whatsapp and ask me about what type of betting i bet , like sports ect, whats my income bullshit like this. in the end they tell me to place a bet to a match and give them the Bet id of the bet, all this when i was in videocall with them. all weird stuff. at the end they told that the videocall was the final step for the verification, and i have to wait again for the review of my account. i read all your reviews and i was scared that they was trying to do the impossible to make e excuse to not verify. but after 24 hours from the videocall the send me that my account was verifed finally. i just recevied my money with crypto. it was a very bad experince but at least i got my money back, so dont lose hope guys . i will suggest you to use Betinasia , they have high limits and they are very trusted , i have done a lot of transaction there and i had no problems . if you have open the AC account in your name and send them original documents they will verify you but if your are not in person that will be impossible to complete.

If you blocked an account with a 50 euro win, beware of this platform. The scammers are creepy

BEWARE!!!! withdraw your money asap!!!!!! They started looting on accounts, unverifying and asking impossible documents so you cant send them and they take your money. I have been very happy with them for about a year, then this happened and i still cant believe it. But if you think clearly, they are chinese, we had to expect for something like this to happen. Switch to another agent asap and thank me later, dont trust them any cents.

Did anyone settle verification that they are doing right now? From me they are requesting each day one document more, seems like they just dont want to verify my account, they need 1-2 days to reply, recently it has been 3 days and waiting for reply.
