Assured Heating Essex Reviews 1.825

This is not the first review I've done for Assured Heating Essex, but high standards can be difficult to maintain, and sometimes change for the worse. However, this company still fully deserves 5stars

I had a boiler service and repair to a couple of shut-off valves in the Bathroom covered by Assured's Service Plan. Unfortunately, shortly afterwards, my 28-year-old kitchen 'Stopcock' decided to give up the ghost and started leaking. Assured made a priority call for the very next day (which wasn't easy during the easter workload) and replaced the complete Stopcock Valve Assembly. I had two Engineers in total, and both were top-rate guys (Martyn & Mark) who were meticulous and thorough. The Service Controller, Brian, at Assured Heating, is a real diamond who rearranged the work schedules so the urgent call could be done. What an absolutely faultless Team effort by this company.

We found the company to be well organised and experts in their field. Their responses were prompt and their communication with the customer excellent.
The Office staff were helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. The Heating Engineers were professional, approachable, good decent chaps, and worked diligently when using their many skills. We would certainly recommend Assured Heating and will use them again. Thanks.

Richard arrived on time and actually thought about the problem we were having with loss of hot water. He has diagnosed the problem and coming back to fix it soon. Very thorough and explained what he was doing. I only wish we'd found this lot twenty years ago.

Assured Heating installed our boiler some 10 years ago and have always provided an amazing follow up customer service. Recently the boiler developed a fault, and we were left with no heating on a very cold day. Lee quickly arranged for one of his engineers to attend who quickly resolved the problem. I give this company 5 stars+ and am happy to recommend them.

Absolutely useless beyond words. They don't turn up. The care package is a total con - I have the best one they do. I have been chasing a repair for months and they don't answer calls and don't return messages. I had a new boiler and it took them 2 years to carry out the srevice.

Another yearly service carried out by assured heating. Engineer always very polite and efficient...regular text messages to give arrival updated.

I have been using assured heating ever since they installed the boiler about 7 years ago. The engineers have always been polite and on time when servicing the boiler. The most important aspect is the boiler has never broken down!

Excellent service, quick response and quote for a new boiler. Good price, clean and tidy workmanship, would definitely use and recommend this company again.

I’m so glad that Assured heating was recommended to me they are an excellent company. I needed a new power shower pump, which proved not to be an easy task & Mark did a really great job. He was polite, prompt & very efficient & left everything clean & tidy. I was informed by text what time he would be arriving & all along dealing with Brian, Katie & everyone was a real pleasure. I would definitely recommend Assured Heating to anyone who needs a first class company.

Assured sent an email to remind me that my first service was due and attached booking details. I arranged a convenient date/time. The engineer advised me of his arrival time and carried out the service, signed the service record and left the working area neat and clean. I have always found Assured a very pleasant and efficient company to deal with.

We had to call Assured Heating engineers as we had a problem with the our toilet in our ensuite. The reason we used Assured is that when recently we had a new gas boiler fitted we were very happy with their work. Once again from contacting Brian in their office we were kept informed when Steve their engineer would arrive and when here he completed the repair quickly and was very professional. So now once again we give this company 5 stars and would be very happy to recommend to our friends.

We had a valiant boiler aged more than 15 years that suddenly started leaking. I called Lee to get a quote, as they had already installed one in another property. I had a few other quotes; however, I had already decided to go with Assured Heating, even though they are not the cheapest. They managed to squeeze us in before Christmas. The engineer arrived on time, and being a big guy, he had to work inside a small cabinet, which was a bit inconvenient for him. I was amazed by the workmanship. We encountered a situation where the house gas pipe pressure was less than the public line, so he had to call Cadent to address that before installing a new gas pipe. I didn't have the faintest idea that was the case, but the engineer did his job very well. They had to put in a new gas pipe but didn't charge us because it wasn't mentioned in the quote. They didn't ask for payment until the work was fully completed, which was very impressive. I appreciated the flower bouquet I received with the thank-you note. I would definitely hire them again and will recommend them 100% to anyone who wants do anything with boiler or radiators.

Had second annual service by Assured Heating Essex following installation of combi boiler 3 years ago.
The whole process was faultless from start to finish. Received an email reminder that the service is due, easily booked the date and time on line, had regular reminders by text that service is booked and on the progress of engineer on the day.
Dwayne arrived on time and immediately put on shoe protectors. Completed the service promptly, was tidy and very polite.
Would highly recommend this company for service and installation.
