We have purchased a cast iron bath, which is of excellent quality and that includes all the associated products such as bath waste, etc (in our case brass finish). Delivery received within a week of placing order.

All my bathroom furniture and fittings came from Aston Matthews. When my plumber broke a tap, I expected that the only solution was to buy a new set. However Steve, the Showroom Manager, went out of his way to find a solution and mended the tap with spare parts. He also put me in touch with the manufacturers to help source other parts. I have used Aston Matthews for the last four bathroom projects and they have always been very helpful. If any technical questions arise, or anything needs to be changed due to issues on site, they facilitate and are swift to respond. The team is friendly across showroom, warehouse and deliveries.

Peter was such a good-humoured and knowledgeable help, steering us through the plethora of product choices and finding great looking and practical solutions for our limitations.
The telephone appointments and follow up sales service from him was a brilliant resource for us, especially during Covid.
We have to mention our delivery driver also who was so courteous and thorough, cross-referencing all the product codes and paperwork with us.

Good service and great coordination

Have purchased many bathrooms from Aston Matthews over many years (20). Needed to replace a small piece of specialist waste pipe (brass/chrome, after ten years of wear). Telephoned the shop and they said they should be able find the part I needed. When I called in Peter went out of his way to find the replacement part for me. Then didn't charge for it! I couldn't be happier. Great friendly service, and the guys got me out of a hole. Have always recommended Aston Matthews and will continue to do the same. Thank you again! Alan

Excellent service from the warehouse and delivery team. The lead time was long but it arrived sooner and they did not hold onto the part. It was arranged for delivery.

I generally never get round to writing reviews, however having stumbled across the less than complimentary reviews following my recommendation of Aston Matthews to a friend, I felt compelled to report back on the wonderful service I received.
From start to finish, my experience of everyone I dealt with was exemplary, and my bathroom has been transformed into my very favourite room.
I really hadn’t a clue where to begin so really appreciated the time taken to help me design the layout and pick the products suited to my needs, taste and budget, especially their patience with my indecisiveness, nothing was too much trouble! The expertise and attention to detail was clear, even with little things like practical advice around the layout of shower controls, who knew there was such an art to it! I finally settled on the brass Axis range which looks great with my Kast concrete basin.
To help bring your ideas to life, I’d recommend for anyone to take the time to visit the showroom, it’s very unique and my experience was a welcoming and non-intimidating environment.
Delivery was efficient and as promised, updates were well communicated. It was also on their own vehicle, which I was very happy about given the time invested in making everything perfect and also the value of the products. To top it off I had a great plumber who installed everything smoothly who I will certainly review elsewhere!

We have used Aston Matthews for 10 years on past projects and have received positive feedback from clients. As an interior design company we need quality products, which they provide. From faucets to bathtubs, they have a great selection of well crafted pieces. They have excellent customer service and their professionalism is outstanding, which is why they will remain our go-to for future projects.

As a plumbing and heating company , we have had a very bad experience with Aston Matthews and their shower valve manufacturer Barber Wilson recently. We ordered a very expensive thermostatic shower valve for an esteemed customer in Belgravia. The valve was delivered and installed by ourselves and was found to be built incorrectly. We have since read other reviews that suggests a very bad customer after sales service and inferior quality checking of their product at Barber Wilson. As a result of their appalling attitude and disdain for our cusrtomer and indeed our costs , there was delay in getting the issues resolved. I would advise against using these companies again or at least , read the reviews on Trust Pilot before making a decision.
