I bought a printer which broke down. The paper stuck, and they asked me to send photos, which I did, they then told me I pulled the paper out the wrong way. Which I didn't, also the paper should not of stuck as I only had it for just over two weeks and only used it twice. The paper shouldn't of stuck in the 1st place. I took it to a printer engineer and showed him the way I pulled the stuck paper out and he confirmed it was the correct way!!!!
I sent you an email to tell you about the problem. And got no reply. Ive also sent an email since then and still no reply 😕

Darren managed to get me a Netgear product that was really difficult to get hold of - even from the manufacturer. His perseverance and commitment was brilliant, and he kept me up to date all the time. Its a fantastic service and I am extremely happy.

With Darren's help I bought a refurb printer which fulfilled my need: A Brother laser printer at a great price with USB/Parallel interface. Also guided me to the Website where Brother Drivers can be downloaded. This allows me to use a Win10 laptop and my Win95 desktop (a museum piece!). Would highly recommend Athema.

My old HP Laserjet 1200 printer needed replacing, and I found that Athema had one. The replacement had to be identical, and Darren instilled a lot of confidence by patiently answering all my questions about it, some of them a bit unnecessary!

The printer arrived on time, well packed, and in as new condition. Installation and setup with my MAC laptop took only a few minutes and is working perfectly.
