Great communication. Offered service discount. Ring was delivered quickly, securely and packaged well. Beautiful ring and have had many comments on how great it looks.

They may have good rings but it is all ruined by their unprofessional service , I ordered from them the first time for my engagement way ahead of time and they took so long an ignored my email because I quote “you sent too many so we didn’t respond” what a pity customer service very unprofessional, they charge you 5 times the price of silver rings and they still can’t deliver you have to beg and wait over a month and still get bad service, now it’s the 2nd time and I’m stuck with their ring for continuity purposes and pictures and I still do not get my ring and they still do not respond to my emails.

Having been given a men’s bracelet from my wife for our anniversary that came from Atolyestone. Well this piece was amazing in its craftsmanship and unique look, something difficult to find in a men’s leather bracelet. Unfortunately about 10 months later there was a problem with it, however the customer service team dealt with my issue promptly with no fuss and I had a new one delivered within a couple of weeks. This is customer service, which unfortunately is missing from most businesses today, but not Atolyestone.

Obviously the jewellery is gorgeous but it comes presented in a really special way. The team are keen to maintain a relationship with customers and are communicative and responsive. I would definitely buy again.

Totally inept company with terrible customer service. They advertise custom sizing of jewelry but absolutely DO NOT custom size. I ordered special gift for my teenage son for his birthday. I spoke with the company repeatedly about his wrist size and they assured me that it would be sent sized to fit his wrist. It was not. He got it for his birthday and it was huge. After weeks of back and forth and them ghosting me for weeks at a time they finally agreed to send a new bracelet custom sized this time. After weeks it finally arrived... the exact same size as the first one...it is beaded so it is very easy to see they made zero customization to the bracelet. I reached back out and sent them the picture of the two identical bracelets, The assured me once again that they would correct the error and send me a new one. Once again, ghosted for a month. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card which prompted them to finally send a new bracelet, 4 months after the original order...and wouldn't you know, it was the exact same bracelet, once again, not custom sized and way to large for the for the recipient. Don't be fooled, this company is a sham. Most obvious way of seeing that is looking at their Facebook page, it shows that people have commented on many pictures but they blocked the comments from being viewed...because they are all complaints! They charged absurdly high prices for trash jewelry which *could* be worth it to some people who need the customization they advertise but it is nothing but false advertising because after three attempts to simply just make a beaded bracelet a bit smaller than the standard size they have failed to alter the size at all in three attempts. Totally ridiculous.

I ordered a bracelet for my partner, however, I stupidly did not check the colour options & ordered the wrong one, after contacting Atolyestone & explaining my error, they could not do enough to arrange an exchange, they sent me a pre paid label & swiftly dispatched the replacement once I’d sent the other one back, the bracelet is lovely, the company customer service is outstanding & all emails answered in good time, cannot praise them enough, thank you to all who assisted me & for the beautifully packaged item

I have had a very positive experience with Atolyestone.
this is due to how they quickly they responded to my emails. My husband saw a beautiful leather bracelet and asked if I like it, which of course, I did. he did not realize it was for men. he ordered it but failed to include the initials detail. with a quick email inquiry, i received an email back extremely quick, telling me the problem. they answered my question about the size, since it was a man's bracelet and I was going to receive it. fast reply. then the number of initials was quickly addressed. I have never dealt with an internet purchase that responded so quickly. I am looking forwarded to receiving the bracelet and even more looking forward to future purchases.

My fiancé loves wearing bracelets, but he’s quite hard to please. I ordered a bracelet from Atolyestone, and he absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, after a short time of wearing it, the bracelet broke. I contacted the company right away, and the support team responded promptly. They mentioned that they hadn’t encountered this issue before and offered a replacement.

Once I sent the broken bracelet back, I received a new one within 3–4 days. The delivery was to Dubai, which was impressively fast.

Oh my goodness I can't believe the shocking customer service I've had from this company
If you are going to spend alot of money with atolyestone I'd give it some good thought
In December I was trying to return an item -I they stated they'd email me a returns form which they did but there was no attachment so I couldn’t use it the attachment wouldn’t open
I decided to ring the company ,the call handler didn't introduce him self and was very unhelpful he said very sharply we are busy ,he then added we will send a a form out / he hadn't taken my details so how could he ?
He reluctantly took them ( with a sigh and yawn) and said we will send your bracelet
His attitude was shocking !
After a few emails back on forth stating ‘your bracelet is being shipped within the week ‘
And the promise of an extra bracelet
I actually gave up and asked for a refund which I got
I won't use this company again !!
Its stressful when I had to keep emailing them on the whereabouts of my order
There is absolutely no customer care they should respect customers as they keep the company going through their purchases
It left me stressed as I was left with no birthday present for my husband
If you are going to spend money on this website be careful as the customer care is shocking !!

Atolyestone was great. Customer service was clear and timely arrived. I recommend them to friends.

Full payments and the pice not receive for around a month

In Nov 24 I purchased a necklace for husband’s Birthday, which was on 02/01/25. This broke in November 25 and on contacting customer services to ask if this could be repaired I was told that even though it was a year old they would replace it for him. This arrived 30/12. This was so much more than I expected. Such excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

I bought Atolyestone's evil eye pendant. It looks absolutley fabulous. It is striking and looks so good. It is light but i feel that is what you want for a pendant. I had a slight issue with postage but as soon as i spoke with Linda in customer services she sortred it out. Very pleased with my purchase, thank you Atolyestone

Very unhappy, ordered a ring for partner for Christmas on 15 December, express delivery 3 - 5 days, Webchat confirmed it would arrive in time. No update from company, chased on 22.12 , no response, chased 23.12 to be told it will be shipped today, phoned and told very sorry, it will be shipped today, won’t arrive until after Christmas . I understand that delays can happen, what is extremely disappointing is that no attempt was made to forewarn me, so now I have no present for my partner.

It’s the third time I ordered a bracelet from Atolyestone, I always had great experience with them. The bracelets are beautifully made and they last, the team is always available, and the bracelets were always packed with care.

Everything arrived on time and in good condition. The bracelet feels well made and I didn’t notice any defects.

What I appreciate most is how comfortable my ring is. The inside is smooth, and it doesn’t irritate my skin even after wearing it all day.

I ordered two bracelets and both exceeded my expectations. The designs are clean but still eye-catching. Their customer support was also effective when I needed to update my address.
