If I could give 0-5 I would as this company is that bad…I visited them at their Savoy HQ on the 5th August to sell some gold Sovereigns. As soon as I Showed their member of staff the coins she said they were not real. On testing them on the Sigma she was proven wrong but gave no apology and then offered me a ridiculous offer that was bettered by miles in Hatton Gardens…I emailed ATS bullion twice to share my experience I had with them but received no reply….Awful company, dreadful staff, easy to better their prices and offers in Hatton Gardens or Birminghams Jewellery Quarter…Leave well alone…..

Top company two transactions both smooth fantastic updates and all good arrived nicely packaged with a free mint that's service! Great prices too give them ago. Yes don't accept credit card or bank cards only bank transfer but all secure. Again thanks hoping I get a free chocolate tomorrows delivery though please 😂

I have bought many coins from them in the past. Phoned up to sell and was told they’d call back in five minutes, two hours later I phoned again and was told the same thing. Nearly a week now and no sign of a call.
They seem to like to sell but not buy back.

I recently purchased some Sovereign coins from ATS Bullion in Savoy Court, London. Not only was their price competitive and the coins in excellent condition, but Olivia was very friendly and informative, and I appreciated the ease of being able to collect my order in person. Highly recommended.

Exchanged my some old British coins for the silver value, very efficient and professional service and a gave me a very competitive price. Happy with their service and would recommend.

Where to begin.

I called up ATS bullion to confirm the purchase requirements on the phone this morning. They said I needed photo id. So I went to dig it out, and exchanged my USD balance into GBP, costing me around £350.

In the afternoon I called them to confirm my purchase that I would come to pay for and collect in the evening.
They confirmed it, and told me to arrive with enough time for them to execute their security checks and also requested me to bring proof of address.

This meant that I was rushed to get there, living about an hour away, so I had to spend money on both a bus and the underground. In this rush, the only proof of address I could find was a Broadband bill and a JobSeeker's letter.

I arrived and the clerk took my documents. When they returned they informed me that they would not sell to me out of moral objections due to my employment status. I was completely outraged and explained that job seeker and universal credit were different. He was unwilling to review his stance so I asked to speak to the manager.

The manager said that neither documents were acceptable proof of address. Not something that his staff has informed me over the phone. I offered to show the digital copies but they didn't want this.
As a gesture of goodwill, he would sell me just under a quarter of my original order amount at the agreed price. I relented not wanting to leave empty handed.

Again the shop asked to see my passport which I obliged.
They then came out with the coins. The manager asked for my card which I gave to him. He then told me that he wouldn't be accepting any transaction from me because my card didn't have my name on it. I said that I could prove that it was mine using online banking.
He said that he wouldn't accept that.

He then started packing up and got up. On his way to the back office he said something which I asked him to repeat, but he ignored me.

As a sidenote, I didn't feel particularly safe. The shop has magnetic locks but they're not engaged and there wasn't really any privacy from other customers or the ability to not be observed entering or leaving the premises.

Would highly recommend.

Although I’m a very small scale investor, I have dealt with this Company over a good number of years and always been most satisfied with all deals. Mainly, Ifeel confident and comfy when dealing with this group and in my experience there has never been any sort of hitch and the buying/selling prices are fair and possibly better than one finds elsewhere. Even if one makes a very small transaction - one is still treated seriously and with consideration by I imagine, a team of very busy dealers.
