Great Help!

If you book online just check when you arrive if there’s any additional charges Severe lack of communication
Went to the ATS for air conditioning re gas
Booked and paid online
The price online £64.99
Arrived at the ATS to pick up my vehicle and told
The total price was £129.99
Found this very strange as I had spoken to the garage before they done the job and no mention of the price increase
On the website it asks for your registration number and then they calculate the price
the garage never contacted me to let me know that the gas needed to to the job was more expensive
Lack of communication at the garage and the website should state that there might be a price difference if your car requires different gas

Ordered tyres and booked times to fit the tyres and on both occasions the wrong tyres were ordered and on the third occasion they never bothered to phone to arrange a fitting, 4 tyres of lost business and won't be back

lacking punctuality
I had an 8.30am booking for air con recharge. nobody was there at 8.30am. the business didnt open until 8.55am causing me significant delay.

The two guys were very friendly
The two guys were very friendly, helpful, truthful, honest and hard working with very good prices on fixing parts. The tyres I had ordered for my scheduled time slot had not arrived so had to reschedule and the guys gave me upgraded tyres for the inconvenience. They were accommodating in rescheduling for further work to be carried out at a reasonable in a very quick and professional time and manner.
One of the best garages in the central belt by far. Seem to be busy all the time and still able to accommodate people on the same day and make quick decisions and solutions within minutes.

Told I was a liar
Booked an appointment for a tyre. Got there and was told it was not for another two hours and that I could not have booked the time I was in for as it was lunchtime. They are the ones who gave me the choice of times over the phone!
Will never go back. I would rather go somewhere more expensive than go back.
