ATS Euromaster - Bedford Reviews 

It's amazing how you can get such varied service from a company. The fact this would have been a 5 star review and it's become a 1 star review shows how you can have a great experience and then have it ruined!
After an excellent tyre fitting they recommended I have my tracking realigned, I agreed and booked it. On the day they said I booked for an hour earlier, which I wouldn't have done as I wouldn't drive through rush hour traffic when I didn't need to, annoying and wasted a morning of work, so I re-booked.
When I arrived again, they were having their compressor fixed, which went on Friday evening.... no communication, another wasted 30 mins journey and a morning of work.
I can deal with mistakes, but no communication is time wasting. Very unimpressed. Will find another place that can actually keep appointments or communicate.

Had 2 front tyres fitted today, very helpful & friendly staff. Very highly recommended

Great customer service from Mark. Explained everything very clearly and made sure that I understood. Stayed late to make sure I got it back today because I have to drive to Sheffield from Bedford in the morning.

Absolutely shocking experience with ATS, still trying to get a refund on the dodgy work getting my rear brake pads done in Bedford last summer! Squeaking breaks since, been back to the workshop about 3 times where they have been cleaned and sprayed several times
Was told they would be replaced next and what a surprise was told the manager was sacked and the branch is now closed.
I couldn’t speak to anyone and had to log a complaint via the website which was ‘lost’ until I chased it. Finally got into another branch and another waste of time to just spray the pads again. Utter joke, still fighting with them and will be seeking further advice through the obundsman as getting nowhere!

Edit: yes the complaints team have replied to me and my car was seen and they told me nothing was wrong with it, I’ve since sent proof the brakes squeaking to which they have replied and said it does not sound like an issue! Utter joke.

A good welcome, got straight on with the job, listened to a problem and checked that all was well.

Price A, Quoted and Job Booked. Turned up to get the work done, and nothing mentioned, however when i returned to collect the car, suddenly the price is UP by 25% with the job completed, and once this is questioned, im told they could not get the ones they quoted for me for. .

They could of phoned me and let me know, or told me when i arrived, but no, work is done under false pretences and no offer is made to get me back to the price quoted, or is any offer made to put the old tyres back on.

I accepted the new tyres as i need to get on. But no one, offered any other solution anyway, and who needs the argument. However in future... i doubt ill be back.

Formal Complaint you say! I guess a public complaint is less impactful for you? You could of used the email address that invited "your" customer to "review", to both investigate and follow up directly. Clearly even at this late stage, you have no interest in actually dealing with this.

Super helpful, got my tyre changed within an hour of calling to see if they had any stock. Friendly and helpful team.

Very efficient. Team was polite and friendly. The manager has high standards and ensures that the team works hard to achieve them. I would be happy to recommend place and will be returning when I need to replace another tyre.

I recently visited ATS Euromaster with a Groupon voucher for £54, which included an air conditioning refill. However, I was surprised when the staff attempted to charge me an extra £52 on top of the voucher. The threat of reporting me during this incident was unprofessional and unsettling. Additionally, the air conditioning refill was subpar, leaving me unsatisfied with the overall service. I hope ATS Euromaster addresses these issues promptly to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

Easy booking, work promptly done, friendly staff

The staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. Customer services was exceptional, fast and efficient service.

When picking up our car after a tyre change, my husband noticed his designer sunglasses were stolen. He went back inside and they denied taking them and dismissed him immediately. With a toddler with us, we went home and called ATS again but they were not going to give them back. These sunglasses were a wedding present for my husband-I wasn't going to 'just let it go'. So I then lodged a complaint with the booking agency Black Circles and they contacted the garage and only then did the garage admit to having taken them. Shocking experience. I have booked with Black Circles before, which is why I trusted their recommendations. However, this garage is not trustworthy and wouldn't recommend ATS Euromaster Bedford. Please avoid! Thankful to Black Circles for getting involved and helping retrieve our stolen property. I have taken this further as they didn't do a good job on the tyres either, wrong tyres were placed on the wrong wheels as my BMW has larger tryes at the rear and smaller at the front which has now damaged the shock absorbers. Further to this, they also scratched the alloy while trying to put a tyre on. SHOCKING.

No contact from ATS regarding my formal complaint.
Black Circles, the booking company are investigating this mess.

Manager is very professional and informative and Aircon re-gas went faultlessly . Very pleased with the service.
