ATS Euromaster - Bury Reviews 

Ordered online, 2 new tyres for my car and chose the date and time for fitting. The depot was John Street, Bury and the fitting appointment time was 8.30am. I arrived at 8.25am, my car was driven in at 8.30am and I was driving away at 8.40am with a big smile on my face with 2 new tyres fitted. 10 minutes and I was on my way. Top class, friendly service which I would highly recommend

It would have been zero if I could give it. I booked the car in for a new tyre and a slow puncture/ rusted wheel rim before Christmas at Bury ATS. When I arrived at 11.30 they were obviously very busy and I was told that they no longer took tyres off to treat rims and did not stock tyres my size, eventhough they had my car license plate, and that I had to preorder the tyre although I was not told this during the booking call. I had delayed a trip to Yorkshire to accommodate this failed tyre replacement. I suspect that their booking system over Christmas was rubbish causing over-booking and a non-existent service.

Despite us being a previous business contract customer with ATS, the guy on reception quoted 3 days before they could look at a tyre loosing pressure on our van. Took it to a local family business, who were very busy, but fixed the tyre within an hour. My experience is that there are much better options locally than the large multinational chains.

When you make a partnership with groupon you should be following the settled agreement process, I bought a Mot voucher with free weel alignment check, and the employees from the Bury Depot only performed the Mot and didn't do the alignment check, what I believe is unfair and unprofessional.

They ripped the bumper off my car getting it either in or out of their garage in Bury and won’t fix it or even admit to doing it. Conveniently they don’t have camera. The car only went in for an MOT. Avoid at all costs.

I booked my car in for 2 rear tyres via black circles at ATS in Bury. After picking the car up I noticed mechanic had scraped my alloys from removing / replacing one of the tyres.

I've also noticed a vibration through the seat at 70mph which wasn't present before I changed my tires, and on closer inspection I found all the wheel weights had been removed.

I've submitted a complaint to ATS but have failed to hear back within their specified time limit, hence why I am writing this review.

I've been a customer of ATS for years but after this experience I won't be returning due to the extremely poor workmanship.

If you value your wheels then go elsewhere

Regas Aircon. Ready for me when I got there. Told me how long the work would take. Phoned me when the vehicle was ready to collect. Excellent service.

The Service was polite and respectful. The mechanics were very informative when I was asking questions relating to my vehicle.

Bought a Groupon voucher for my car air con gas refill, took an hour and works perfect. Half the price of other places, easy to book. Will use again!
