Easy to book. Fast and efficient. Good price.

9am- walk in and ask for 1 tyre as I hit a pot hole, quoted £280 for 1 tyre so had a Quick Look at the online ATS system - same tyre £175- so he tried robbing me as I was desperate.
2pm - tyre turned up.
3pm - Phone call-Damaged my diamond cut alloy. (Completely butchered the whole way round)
No contacts to repair alloy however can sort something in Tonbridge wells…..
Alloy wheel refurb takes 2-3 days as diamond cut.
SO THEY HAVE

1. Attempted to rip me off by £100 as they knew I was desperate for a tyre. (Lucky I checked online quickly)

2. Butchered my wheel.

3.Left me without a car for 2-3 days

4. Made me take the alloy wheel to get it sorted which I have to pay for and submit for a refund.

5. Waste another day picking up the wheel and fitting it.

6. And last of still pay for the tyre.

7. They also lied about it being the machines fault- clearly the young cowboy had no idea what he was doing.

This has got to be the worst customer experience I have ever had and they are nothing but cowboys yeeehaaaaa.

All went well on the day. However I was disappointed my appointment was cancelled twice before today at short notice

They broke something on my car and completely denied it.

I was seen straight away and the gentleman who serviced my car Thiran in East Grinstead was excellent. So kind, polite and efficient. 5 stars to Thiran and to the team who he works with. Brilliant. Thank you, Katherine (but booked under the name of Steven Lloyd!)

Once through to the branch they sourced a tyre for to match those on the car and had it delivered ready for when my car was recovered to them. The team quickly fitted to new tyre and got me going.
Shame pricing wasn't as competitive as a few months back making this a very expensive tyre (+50%)

I don't recommend them at all!
I arrived and i saw a person (staff) talking with a customer. After i waited for few minutes, i went inside of the workshop looking for someone else that could give me information or could help me with my problem... i was looking for a tyre because i had one flat...
Once on the workshop, a person (staff) with very bad manners just told me off and said: "Get out of the workshop"... it was a surprise for me to hear this so i startled... then after few second, i asked were can i ask some information? once again, he repeated: "Get out of the workshop"...
I left angry and i manged to find the reception and ask for information about my problem.
The problem is that as a business you must talk better with your potential customers (even though they are doing something wrong like go inside your workshop!... and answer like: Sir, you can't be here, it is against H&S, please go outside bla bla bla? get the idea?
Do a favour to yourself, and go somewhere else that cares and are professionals when they deal with potential customers money and problems.
If you are looking for professional help, this is not the right shop for you!
