Helpful and attentive .

First arrived in branch not very welcoming from the girl behind desk was greeted with come for the four tyres- was pre booked asked me for keys and off she went. Didn’t ask for the locking wheel but key which I thought was strange so can only guess went rummaging through my car looking for it ( it was in the glove box). After around a hour the tyres were fitted a mile or so down the road flat tyre warning came on the dash took it back and spoke to reception different person this time but felt like an inconvenience. Young lad came out and checked all pressures and confirmed one was flat, inflated it to correct pressure and off I went Mike down the road same thing flat tyre went back again. The same young lad put it on the ramp and discovered the valve wasn’t tight hence the pressure drop. Customer service was awful except the lad who did well to be fair. Only got two stars as the price was good

Mot failed, the alignment was not checked but was part of the package selected. The computer system went down and if I wanted mot findings rectified it had to be this weekend else they don't have an mot tester. Terrible will not be going to them again

My mot was performed punctually and without fuss. I always use ATS if I have any problems with the car as they give honest and helpful advice before any work is carried out.

2 hrs slot staff friendly and most helpful phone call to collect once MOT completed

Booked a service and MOT for 08:30 and was told by staff on phone I would have car back for midday. Arrived at service centre and was told nobody would be servicing the car until 10:30. Very frustrating as I'd just sat in 40 minutes of rush hour traffic to get there for 08:30. No apology from staff, they just said it's an ongoing system issue which they keep complaining to their head office about. When I asked why nobody just simply picked up the phone to called me to advise it's not due until 10:30, I didn't get a response. I called the head office whilst I was in reception and even they said that the staff at the garage should have called me to tell me what time to bring the vehicle. The staff in the garage heard this phone conversation as it was on loudspeaker, yet they still didn't have a response.

Whilst at home, I received a phone call from the garage to say that the MOT failed due to "major" issues which could easily be corrected there an then. They said that the front tyres had been fitted the wrong way round! These tyres were fitted by ATS 11 months ago. Not only has this error by ATS staff reduced the lifespan of the tyres but has also jeopardised my safety.

Car wasn't ready until after 15:30 which was very frustrating as I booked a morning slot in order for it to be ready for the afternoon. Had to cancel plans I had for the afternoon.

Not once throughout the experience did I receive an apology regarding the inconvenience or the unsafe tyre fitting.

Follow up visit after having to have two tyer fitted 2 weeks ago (when we had the snow) to check the and sort the tracking also solved a second issues

Staff were excellent, professional and changed my tyre swiftly. Advised both my front Tyres need changing soon as trend low. I am a regular customer and I am very happy with the service the team always provide.

Very friendly, fast and efficient. I’ll happily return. And thank you again

Polite, courteous, efficient service

Outstanding customer service at Bromford Road, Oldbury. Despite me coming in after 5pm with a completely flat tyre they went above and beyond to help me. Even when my tyre wasn’t in stock they called another store and went to pick it up. Long after they should have closed they fitted me a new tyre and made sure I wasn’t stranded. Please pass on my sincere gratitude once again for how they helped me. They are an outstanding team. Thank you again! I don’t know what I would have done without you.
